Hello, I accidentally closed all my open Safari browser pages. I opened a new page and went to look in my history, everything was gone and I only have the history for today. There's no yesterday, 7 day ago, last month, etc. Any suggestions on what I may have done? Any suggestions on recovery? Would the tag button have any impact on this? I think I accidentally hit the tag button but I think that was after everything was gone. Thanks

I once found a live bug opened for this, but I don't find it anymore.

The spell checking dictionary, as many pointed out, is horrible. It lacks tons of common words, as well as commonly used tech,internet, you name it - jargon words.

Is there (there should be) a repository to add missing words? Through my usage I add words to my private dictionary. Would be shame not to use this as part of this bug handling.

I have 2 financial websites that I am unable to use Firefox on and I have to use Chrome. The site are Fidelity Financial and Jackson National. When logged into the website I must select certain links to see the information I am seeking. When selected, Firefox does nothing, it stays on the page with the link I selected. I do not have pop-ups blocked and cannot find the reason for the fault.

I am a visually impaired individual, who is struggling at times to clearly and efficiently see the controls, menus, and bookmarks on the FF browser header/pages. I have adjusted every setting, on my own system and within FF, that I can find and think of. I have the webpages set the way I need them to be; I just continue to struggle with the Tab headers, menus, and bookmarks within FF itself. If anyone can help me, it would be GREATLY appreciated. This morning, my computer (Windows 10) had some sort of update that caused it to restart. Upon restart, neither BitDefender nor Firefox would open without crashing. I reinstalled both programs to see if that helped, but it did no good. I then completely uninstalled BitDefender, but Firefox still wouldn't open. I can't even open it in Safe Mode. They're the only programs that seem to be affected. I tried to find out what exactly updated so I could roll it back, but I can't find record of anything. Below is the crash report details that Firefox generated.

In Firefox, the comments section on articles at 9to5Mac have not loaded for me for some time. Today I was trying to figure out why.

Troubleshoot Mode did not fix it. (In Troubleshoot Mode, if I carefully watch the webpage loading, for a moment I see a flicker of the comments section loading for a fraction of second, but then it disappears.)

But creating a new profile in Firefox does fix it.

The comments section also loads properly when looking at these same webpages in Chrome and Microsoft Edge.

I think(?) this behavior also happens with some other websites' comment sections, although I don't usually pay much attention to comment sections.

Any thoughts on how to fix it without needing rebuild my entire profile brick by brick?

Basic information: Firefox 107.0.1 (64-bit) (latest update available), Windows 10, i7 11th generation, 16 GB RAM

Bookmark's URL changes on it's own

Trying to bookmark a pdf, it's on the same location across my devices, but my devices have different usernames, so I added "%userprofile%" to the filepath so that it opens on any device. The issue is that when I enter this into the Bookmark URL bar, it automatically sticks "25" next to the % characters, which makes the bookmark unusable.

"C:\Users\%userprofile%\Documents\example.pdf" automatically becomes "file:///C:/Users/%25userprofile%25/Documents/example.pdf"

Also, as I just discovered now when I pasted this URL into this post, a second "25" is inserted, becoming: "file:///C:/Users/%2525userprofile%2525/Documents/example.pdf"
