FireFox broke my youtube (utube) account when you updated the picture in picture (p.i.p.) from the BLUE p.i.p. button that came out from the right side of the utube vids.

• NOW with the new upgraded "white" p.i.p. button, I login to utube and the loaded utube page don't log me into my account, I have to keep reloading the page 10 times or more just to get my subscription list to load on the left side, but my notification bell in the top right hand corner won't load the new videos and it reads "SIGN IN" even though I'm signed in, and the channels I subscribe to NOW HAS a subscribe button even though I'm subscribed already!!! CRAZY!!!
• Why does it not log me into all the features on the page?

And why won't it detect I'm ALREADY logged in and load all my normal features?

• • • IS FIREFOX AWARE OF THIS PROBLEM AND GOING TO FIX IT or do I need to use another browser forever to view utube?

Whenever I open Firefox it opens a new tab for a brief moment then closes it and opens my previous tabs from my last session. I have this setting unchecked in the settings. I think that it is crashing and trying to restore my pages because of that, but there are no crash reports when I visit about:crash. I am running the latest version of Firefox and windows 10.

I have TB 78.4.3 (32-bit) installed and update whenever TB suggests. (I'm using Firefox 80.2.03 (64-bit) running on Win 10) For the first time ever, to my knowledge, in the past day or so good email--important email--is being routed to the junk mail folder. I have tried dragging it back to the inbox and BAM, it gets moved back to junk. I have tried marking it "not junk." Doesn't matter. I have a number of message filters set up to cope with the massive volume of junk that comes in, but none of them should have caused this effect.

This is going to make me crazy.

In the plugin "facebook Container" I have made a new "tab category" called "social media" with a blue sign. The problem is that firefox continues to open FB in the old category even if I delete it, which is also very hard to do as I have to close all my FB-tabs to be able to delete it in the options tab. Next time I use firefox or a few days later firefox has again undeleted the old FB category and again opens my FB tabs in black tabs instead of my new blue tabs. I can´t use my own new tab category as long as the old one is there and it keeps comming back after I delete it. Very annoying to say the least! Please fix this error as soon as posible, thank you.

Can not load website chase.com using firefox. Am able to load website using other browsers. All browsers ae using default system settings for proxies.

i had to install a new os for windows i thought that if i just signed into firefox all my bookmarks would be there ... they are but in the wrong order and only one date to choose to restore from the same date after the new os install.. can i recover bookmarks from a previous date please

I noticed that after Firefox is running for more then a few days it starts buffering my typing. Lags behind at least 10 - 20 seconds while I type and I am not that fast. I assume this is not normal. Any ideas on what may be causing this? If I close the app and reopen it goes away. Ver 82.0.3 on a Apple iMac.

I have been having difficulty connecting to the Amazon.com website through Firefox. Is this an amazon problem or a firefox issue? Here is the error I keep getting:

I've tried all the recommended fixes. If I, for example use Google as search engine, it always requires me to accept cookies. Then if I have accepted the cookies and go to one of the found pages, read it and go back to the search, Firefox tries to load the same popup window again, but fails. When I open a new tab and reenter the search phrase, the same window for accepting cookies appears. I think this problems have appeared after the latest update to version 82.0.3; not sure if I have changes some preference. My compter is an old MacBookPro with OS 10.13.6. In previous versions, I have been asked now and then to accept google's privacy rules. The similar problems appears for other sites, for example sanoma.com, where I have chosen to accept only the necessary cookies, not third party, analytics, etc. When I open a link and go back, the same question appears again, but for these sites it does not hang up, as in the google case. I mostly use private browsing window, and have better privacy and similar extensions activated.

Hello, I want to open a PDF directly from Firefox - the university makes several uploads via the official website and in order not to waste time, I would like to click on it to open the PDF, it would already be opened. I already checked the box to remember my choice, but I always have to. I will be very happy with the help! :) #TakeCare

I am not sure if this is a hardware problem or Firefox problem but I only seem to see the behavior in Firefox. The browser screen will suddenly white out most of the text on screen and compress or distort the open tab labels. The screen captures below illustrate the problem better than I can explain it. I have updated, refreshed, uninstalled/reinstalled to no avail. Problem appeared suddenly and now happens consistently. It happened while typing this message. Top screen cap is normal browser window, middle is same page after error, bottom capture is the page I was writing this post on after another occurrence of the error.

I use a particualr website almost every day. Up until recently I was able to navigate, via a navigation pane within the site, to any one of eight sub sites via the appropriate links. This no longer works and I am 'dumped' back to the base web page. This only happens with Firefox. If I use a competitor web browser (!) the internallinks work as programmed.

Firefox is my browser of choice,but is currently unusable for my needs- please help!

I've been having this issue for the past couple weeks, and I don't really know how to fix it. It seems to have come from nowhere, and my timezone is set to be 5 hours ahead of mine (I am in EST). My timezone is configured correctly on my system (Windows 10), and this is the only program I have an issue with timezones. How do I fix this?

Hello, I have never used this forum before. I just got a new computer and after a couple days, it randomly has semi-crashes while using Firefox where it just stops responding for a couple minutes. This happens seemingly out of the blue after an hour or so of use, nothing in particular seems to trigger it but I have had better luck replicating it on Facebook, Twitter, and Youtube. After it happens once, it occurs within seconds of accessing these sites and only resetting the computer seems to temporarily fix it.

Oftentimes it has a crash report appear when I close firefox afterward.
