I just lost my bookmarks again, it happened a month or so ago as well. Appears to have been due to updates.

I have already followed the recommended ideas of navigating to restore, but there is no date given to restore to.

Just "choose a file comes" up, and that appears to lead nowhere.

I also went about:profiles , and all that was there was the current "cannot be deleted " profile and the option to make a new one, I tried that, it did not restore bookmarks. I need some of tose bookmarks quite badly this time

What more can I do ?

Hello I want to use my calendar and adressbook from different PCs which have access to a common network device like P: So I intend to locate and use Thunderbird calendar and adressbook on dedicated device P:. Is there a way to achieve that? Thanks lot Thomas

First of all I've noticed that even logging in to the account management page doesn't work with my vpn on. So of course sync itself doesn't either. It works perfectly fine with it off though. Is there an IP address that I can add to split tunneling to allow only the sync/FF account manager through my vpn? Or another way I'm not aware of? I'd rather not have to allow the whole browser through my vpn if possible.

Hello, I was attempting to send a message to 44 recipients and got the attached error message. I then created a mailing list and attempted sending both as To: and a CC:, and got the same error. My understanding from searching the issue is that Thunderbird has a maximum of 60 recipients allowed, and my provider, northmail.ca, has a maximum of 250 recipients allowed. I cannot figure out what the problem is, or what I am missing. Assistance would be appreciated. Thanks

An IRS form 4506-B PDF has to filled out and sent with adobe reader, if you use a browser it disables funtions in adobe acrobate reader that allow you to send the form. Thunderbird works find to send regular emails. It isnt working when I click on the "submit form" buttton at bottom of the 4506-B forms page. I ran Thunderbird in troubleshoot mode and turned off all AVG protection includeing VPN and it still wont work. I tried with my aol and gmail accounts.

I'm a retired Desktop Support tech more familiar with Outlook, still very new to Thunderbird. I enjoy supporting family & friends and often email urls for various reasons. What setting do I need to tweak in Thunderbird to get long urls that I paste into emails to send to wrap within the composed email?

When I inadvertently press CTRL + R when entering text, it is VERY frustrating because the window refreshed and I loose all of what I typed! Is there some way to disable the CTRL + R combo so the window does not refresh?

I downloaded Thunderbird to my new machine, followed instructions to copy the Profile Folder from the old machine and pasted to the new machine. I didn't get a message asking whether I wanted to replace the data on the new machine. When I started Thunderbird, I am not seeing all the data I expected - no address book, only 200+ emails, no sent emails. What did I do wrong?

In Firefox version 149, there is an issue with print preview behavior for HTML <select> elements. When opening print preview, all <option> items inside a dropdown are displayed and included in the print output.

This behavior differs from Firefox 148, where only the selected option is rendered correctly during print preview.

Steps to reproduce:

- Create an HTML page with a <select> dropdown containing multiple <option> elements. - Select one of the options. - Open print preview (Ctrl + P).

Expected result: Only the selected option should be visible and printed.

Actual result: All options inside the <select> element are displayed and printed.

Impact: This issue breaks the layout of printed documents and makes forms difficult to read, especially when dropdowns contain many options.

Example email attached. Mozilla support emails say requests are coming from a windows 10 device but I am on 11. Is this a sign that something is wrong with my account or just a typo?

I have Earthlink for my email. Thunderbird has been working for years by displaying my emails from Earthlink. Today, I have not received any new emails even though I see them on my Earthlink account.

Last week I discovered that my emails (yahoo) when clicked on opened a Preview screen next to the email lists. How can the previews be removed and my emails appear across my screen instead of being crammed into a left hand column?

Za to - w "hamburgerze" (przycisku Ustawień w górnym prawym rogu) pojawiła się opcja "Przetłumacz stronę" - 1 kliknięcie "hamburger", 2 kliknięcie "przetłumacz stronę", 3 kliknięcie - potwierdź polecenie przetłumaczenia strony .... bez sensu !!! Zamiast jednego kliknięcia w ikonkę na pasku adresu !

Żadne to ułatwienie, czy polepszenie komfortu użytkowania przeglądarki - powinno to być poprawione natychmiast i wrócić do poprzedniej formy ikonki wyświetlanej właśnie na pasku adresu !

Knowing that an email message should be kept below the size of 25MB, I was trying to make my attachments smaller than that. Yet when I was sending a message with no text and 1 attachment the size of 21.5MB, I got a warning that I was trying to send a message the size of 29.4MB. Where does this come from?

Thunderbird lädt keine neuen Mails mehr vom pop3 Postfach herunter, aber ständig alte. Beim versuch das Konto neu einzurichten kann Thunderbird keine Einstellungen finden, obwohl die Einstellungen stimmen. Auf dem Handy (Android) werden die Mails einwandfrei heruntergeladen.
