Dear forum, I had to reinstall Firefox and now a tab opens for every request/every time I open a new page. I don't want it to be like this, but only open a new tab upon explicit request. Where can I change this setting? Thank you, Sirpa

I'm trying to use the built in VPN. I'm signed in but it just keeps returning me to the same page. The VPN icon doesn't have a green tick - it keeps the little black cross next to it. What am I doing wrong?

I chose passwords and sign in, but there's more. You are already aware of the Facebook issues but there are others issues with this and I personally don't have time to tell you how to do your job. I have to keep up my production to keep my job. Your browser really cost me labor time. So, I would like to know do you recommend going back to a previous version until you fix this mess? OR... what ohter browser would you recommend as your replacement?

I activated message synchronisation for 15 min. intervall. The first few syncs were working correctly (around 3), then I'm just able to sync manually. In the thunderbird app settings, I already activated the battery setting to not restricted (I'm using my phone in german, not sure if the translation is 100%). Before that, I was not even getting the first syncs. How is it possible to sync reliable in the set intervall?

Thunderbird is not connecting with Xfinity Comcast for sending or receiving emails at gpenkala@comcast.net . This combination was working fine for decades. Last Friday (Jun 12) was the last email I received in Thunderbird. I can view current emails on the Xfinity website, but these are not being transferred to my Thunderbird account anymore, These are the error messages:

"Sending of the message failed.

Unable to authenticate to Outgoing server (SMTP) smtp.comcast.net. Please check the password and verify the 'Authentication method' in 'Account Settings | Outgoing server (SMTP)'." Can you tell me what configurations I should be using within Thunderbird for Incoming and Outgoing Servers?

All of a sudden every time I open something in an email it automatically creates a new tab. When I delete what I have open it takes me out of my email account and I have to delete the tab to get back to my remaining emails. I have changed nothing so I am confused as to why it has recently changed.

I got charged for a VPN and make sure that it wasn't I was not able to cancel the subscription in time because it said I didn't even have a subscription that it wasn't even going to charge because there was nothing even signed up. today I get charged for the service and I never wanted it.
