Says firefox is already open when i try to open it
Ive already tried reseting it and it didnt do anything. It says firefox is already open and i need to close it before i can open another but theres none open. Ive also tryed the task manager said no fire fox was open
I also uninstalled it and re installed it

Let's try the following:
- Restart your Computer
- Uninstall Firefox from your Control Panel (Make sure to leave your personal information)
- Go to Computer, then C:/ then to Program Files (It may be called Program Files (x86).
- Find the Mozilla Firefox folder, delete it (or rename it)
- Open another browser Window, go to www.getfirefox.com.
- Download and install Firefox

i searched for firefox and couldnt find anything
please help dont want to change from firefox
update** i found the mozilla folder as you said i deleted it, reinstalled and it still doesnt work it says the same thing.
Im also getting this error message when my computer starts up.
