I can get in thru Explorer. The bank says it is a problem with Firefox and you need to allow access to their site. I tried changing proxy settings.. Not sure if I did it right but that did not work.See question outlined above and advise...I was told by the bank that you need to allow their site...http://*chaseonline.com but I am not sure how to get this to work?? Please advise.

Do you have a problem with the main Chase site or do you have a problem with logging on?

more options

No, I can see the log in page but when I enter my username and password. When I press log on, the screen goes white and the little dotted square box appears in the web address field. When you click on it, the third party encryption comes up with Verisign and I cannot get past that piece. I know it is Firefox after the update because I can get in on other sites.

Is the location bar empty or does it has an address (URL) in it?
