I'm writing a home-grown email client (Python email module, yay!), and I've received an email with a couple of images with Content-ID: fields. Sure enough, the HTML bears corresponding URLS with cid: schema. The instructions for changing country in built in VPN do not work as after clicking on icon it states open VPN and nothing happens to open it. I am trying to set France as my country.

hello, the email account that I have used to create my firefox account has been hacked some time ago and I have completely lost any access to it. How can I change it in order to continue to use my firefox account?

okay firefox crashed ive been using it for 3 years on steam os . it ussually crashes normally if that makes sense but this time it went poof . it saved one window containing all my browse history bookmarks dverything , i succsessfully transfered the crashed windows to kate windows containing 2.1 megabytes of extremely important data - riht before it crashed again. i am extremely frustrated , it erased all knowledge of me ever being on firefox erasing history bookmarks log ins everything. it is extremely imperative that i get these windows back . ive been battling with ai to fix the problem my last resort is you guys the ones who made firefox. id like to think you guys built something for this exact occasion . please help, you are my last resort and i would be overjoyed if you can help , thank you ,

How can I expand horizontal pinned tabs? This tiny icons that now appear are useless, especially if you want multiple Google tabs, i.e. for search, maps, mail, they all appear as the Google "G"

I use Nightly 154.0a1 (2026-07-10) (64-bit) on Windows 11. I'm trying new VPN feature from study and the VPN itself is working, but the location setting is completely broken. I have only two options for location Recommended and United States. Whenever I choose United States, nothing changes and my IP is always from subset of CIDR 63.245.208.0/20 which is geolocated in London, UK. I tried multiple IP addresses (by restarting VPN) and all of them are geolocated in London. Running traceroute also suggest that all of them which I get are located in the UK. Is there a way to fix this?

I would like to stream a TV show series on a website. The message on the website is to disable ad blocker and/or add their site to a list which allows ads. I don't know of such a list. Disabling Firefox content blocker hasn't made a difference to being blocked from the site's content.

Previously available websites suddenly stopped opening for me. I just get a blank page. I thought it was the VPN so I canceled my account and deleted it. Still not working.

So why? You see I have asked questions before..... I have replied before...... It occurs to me that if Mozilla is using Gmail as their sender then perhaps this is a good way for Google to extract information about me.

Perhaps i am somewhat cynical and Mozilla is just trying to be nice...... I have used Firefox it seems like forever.......from Netscape navigator through all the iterations to the present apparent converging on the layout/format with those other browsers. Is this going to be another Thunderbird moment where decisions made about the formatting just happened to follow Gmail & Outlook....well I no longer use Thunderbird, so perhaps its time to say goodbye to Firefox.

I need the support of FIrefox for Small Business compatible w/Android phone/Windows 11and provide VPN

The whole this week I have been dealing that Firefox fixed my issues and next day all settings went back as Google and Firefox is blocked or not longer providing me my request because of Google. I want to substitute Google for Firefox...I need an stronger help

Today (7/11/26) Mozilla VPN began blocking all access to the Internet. When I turn it off, I can connect. When I turn it on, I can't. Am I the only one? So far I have:

• Reset the app
• Uninstalled all WAN network adapters and restarted (I notice for the first time that Mozilla Tunnel appears in the list after doing this)

It is interesting to note that Proton free VPN which I installed as an experiment, and ran with Mozilla VPN entirely off (system tray quit as well) also blocks all Internet traffic. So it could be one of those Windows update issues. This afternoon, all was well. I turned off my machine, turned it back on, and no browsing can happen with either VPN on.

Normally, Mozilla VPN works flawlessly, so I have no complaints--it's only a technical mystery to unravel.

It all started when I deactivated my account. When I click sign in I'm getting:

HTTP Status 401 –

type Status Report

Description http.401

I've tried clearing cache but I still get the same browser. I've tried a different browser and go to the sign in page to enter my account/pw but as soon as it finishes logging me in I get the same error.

Since I upgraded from FF128-esr to FF140-esr I always get the "Firefox is being updated by another instance" This is really driving me crazy, as I checked / did / .... everything (and even more) I found on the internet related to that.

Nothing helps !

Creating and using a new default profile didn't help

Finally I ended up uninstalling FF completely (making sure no -zero- leftovers remained in ProgramFiles, AppData a.s.o.), and reinstalled FF140.7.0-esr freshly. After installation I started FF immediately with the created default profile (only existing one) --> SAME THING : "Firefox is being updated by another instance"

And this is really a FF140 thing, when I go back to FF128, on the same computer, same profiles, ...., the problem is gone.

I would like to know in detail what checks are really done by FF to decide to give that "Firefox is being updated by another instance"
