Can't add a certificate exception in Firefox 4.0 - "add exception" button do nothing

I'm opening site with untrusted certificate. I want to add exception, so I click "Add exception" button but this button do nothing. In previous version when I have clicked this button confirmation dialog was showed up, but in FF 4.0 it is invisible.
