Unlock Lockwise for Android - got no pin to unlock app

Hello,

I installed Firefox Lockwise on my smartphone. Installation went ok. After a certain time the app locks and asks a device pattern, password or pincode to unlock. I did not get any request to make a pin code when installing. How can this problem be resolved ?

Ive done the same thing , But the app just keeps asking for the pin , put pin in and you think the app is going to open up to your passwords wrong. it reverts to putting your pin in. over and over and over. Or the app screen freezes and locks on to the white screen with no button to unlock. so the App doesn't download the opening screen properly and doesn't open properly to the pin screen and won't open app. So It's either in a loop. or it freezes and you can't open the app. even if you restart the phone. Ive' posted the problem on my questions. No answer yet. 2 different phones newer and updated desktop 92 v.
