I had WLM running on Win 10, it failed. How do I get my folders across

My Windows Live Mail suddenly lost all my email folders going back a few years. ( I only set up the mail component not the Live).

Probably my fault as Win 10 was not keen on my using it and made it plain I should go Gmail.

I now have Thunderbird installed and it only found a few of the original emails,

although it did correctly identify my two email addresses.

How can I search and transfer my old WLM files also my contacts?

I can see them under data local but how to transfer?
