I'm experiencing an issue with my website where the glass doors for shower services are not displaying correctly in Mozilla Firefox. The site works fine on other browsers, but in Firefox, the GBM (Glass Door Service) content is not showing up. I currently have MozillaVPN & would like to also get Relay, but for some reason I can't take advantage of the current combo price deal for both. Is it even possible, since I have the VPN already? If it is, what's the process I should follow to be able to have both services at the currently offered special price? If it matters, I'm on the monthly payment schedule for the VPN & will need to continue that if I can bundle with Relay. My finances are limited, so a lump-sum yearly subscription is out of my league. Many thanks to anyone who reads this & can offer me some advice or at least point me in the right direction! (Even if the answer is "That's not possible.")

Using firefox's version of Facebook, when viewing a comment on a post I've made, the comment is cut off at the bottom. It seems like that particular page is not being formatted correctly. I cannot scroll up anymore to reveal it. See the attached image.

samsung s21 has fireefox default browser and google home page. since 10am this morning 1/8/24, can not get google home page to disply, only blank page.

works ok with home pc, motorola, and on chrome on s21. verizon tech and samsung tech help are stumped. any ideas how to fix?

uninstalled, reinstalled several times, cleared data, history everything. argh!

Despite your suggestion in your prematurely-closed question at https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1415834 the Android app *STILL* doesn't have the Sync and Save Data option. This is v120.1.1 (you know, well after the Overflow Menu got BROKEN in the desktop version). I have NO idea what device you must be using to suggest scanning from the keyboard, but this phone has no such item. And scanning from the camera complains that I didn't scan from the non-existent option in the app.

I have a Chromebook, after entering the name of the collection and trying to add a page, I click enter on the keyboard and nothing happens, I tried both the physical and touch screens keyboard, it worked normally before. How i can fix this? I have newest version firefox android.

Whenever I try to properly use the Firefox browser: I get a "download Firefox page"!! I already have a recent mozilla / Firefox account! WHAT CAN Mozilla DO TO FIX THIS PROBLEM? & WHEN? My phone is hacked through my formal email,the email is disabled already,the hacker of my email used another email for my recovery which I don't have access to. The hacker has been remotely controlling my phone since August and I haven't had my privacy. The encrypted files on my phone and all the legal made on my phone was done by the hacker because the hacked email is my business email which I puts all my data into. They hacked the email,used the email for frauds and encrypted the email and make it look like I am the one did it. Please safe me from the hacker please. When I signed up new email,the same thing keep happening. It's frustrating and stressful not to have a privacy. I am not working under any organization,I am self employed and I am from Nigeria. With Mozilla VPN, is it possible to use Tor Browser, or any other Tor-based browser, to access and browse the Internet? Some VPNs prohibit Tor Browser, and Tor-based solutions, from being used with their VPNs.

Hello! I suggest the option in the settings that enables the display of websites in desktop mode by default. This option can be found in Microsoft Edge for Android and iOS as well as in Brave Browser for Android and iOS. When enabled in the settings, the browser will always display websites in full (desktop) mode.

I want to know why Firefox on my laptop just updated itself against my settings to ask first. I did not change the settings the settings were not changed by anybody else nobody else uses that computer but me. Firefox did it and I don't know how they did it or why but I need to know why and how because I lost all my passwords everything's gone. I need to know how I can get all my saved passwords back that were in my Firefox passwords manager. Constantly crashes with the latest 3 updates. Not sure if it's on your end or the providing web sites not knowinghow to program for Android phones.
