Boxes in forms on websites don't show up clearly. I cannot tell if I've checked the box or not. Also columns in graphs don't line up. I'm guessing I set up something incorrectly in Firefox browser settings, but I have no idea what.

I would rather not change browsers just to use USPS.com. Can you direct me to correct settings so that I can use Firefox?

I have tried many times to import my passwords from Chrome and from my desktop Firefox, using synchronising, to this laptop, and it has continually failed to happen. My Tabs and Bookmarks, for example, have all been successfully imported.

I want to make Firefox my default browser but cannot do this without successfully importing my passwords.

Please let me know what I should do next.

Are you able to take control of my laptop remotely and resolve the problem? If so, please let me know the times and days when you can do this, so that I can make an appointment, stating which time zone you are in as I am in England.

Why is the print on my website (angeleducators.com) so tiny in Firefox? It looks much better on Chrome and Safari.

In error, I answered 'yes' to save an entry on a site to be my new login ID & pswd for that site. I want to get back to my original login ID & pswd. They told me I need to call my Browser FireFox to "get rid of my pre-saved login id & pswd". How do I do that? jerrybrown411@gmail.com

anytime I type www into the URL window firefox autopopulates youtube.com even though I have turned off auto suggestion. It shows up before the bookmarked links !

it always automatically checks the "Search suggestions ahead of address bar results" and will not let me uncheck it.

I just dont want it to suggest anything and am okay typing the complete URL. How can I fix this issue? I am including snapshot of what the autosuggestion, settings and version info in the attached doc

All downloads "fail" using Firefox. I have tried many things. Some on the internet says the fix is difficult. Other browsers have no issues with downloads. I go to them when I need to download something. I like Firefox, but if I can't resolve this issue, I may have to go to another browser. Help.

Please return the scroll bar to the proper width like in Win 10, like Chrome in Win 11. Who's the idiot that thinks tiny thin scroll bars are cool and easy to use? tf is wrong with you idiots. Don't offer me solutions. You are the solution. Update firefox, fix the damn scroll bar.

I can't access my online account from Firefox. I get the following message:

Our online banking system is currently unavailable. Please try again later. We're sorry for the inconvenience.

I can't watch YouTube videos because it says I'm using ad blockers (I disabled the ad blockers in Firefox that I didn't know had been activated, but it still won't let me watch anything but my channel.)

I can access my online account from Safari with no problems or messages.

I have a subscription to Global Cycling Network, to which I login using my Google account at https://plus.globalcyclingnetwork.com/login. The login web page has options to login using Google, Facebook, or Apple, but in a normal Firefox window, the buttons for using these logins never appear - I just get a whirling circle where the buttons should appear, and the page never completes loading. If I open the GCN login web page in a private FF window, the buttons appear and I can login without any problem. If I use Firefox Settings to clear all cookies and cached web data, then close and restart Firefox, I still can't login from a normal FF window.

I tried the Edge browser (OS is Windows 11) and login there works without problem

Any suggestions on a fix to get it working on Firefox? FF is presently version 119.0.1.

my electronic health record is freezing using Firefox on 2 different computers in 2 different locations. Internet speed 45 mbps at 1 location and 900 mbps at another. Able to use it on chrome.

Many of the extension are not safe even dangerous to use.

open tabs crash every few minutes. Very frustrating. This behavior just recently started. I restarted Firefox: no change. I put it in troubleshoot mode: no change. Any suggestions?
