I have several windows open, each with different type tabs--i.e., dancing, gardening, etc. How do I save these windows so I can open them when I wish? I don't need them all open at the same time and having them all open uses up too many resources. Thanks in advance, Elizabeth

I frequently have difficulty when I need to make plain-test copies of web pages. These are pages that only allow "Select All" to select parts of pages, so that important parts of the pages cannot be selected, or so that a large number of select-and-copy cycles are required to copy the information on a webpage. The Firefox extensions that I have tried like the old "right to click" do not seem to help much. With old versions of Windows, I would use print-to-file for a generic plain-text printer, but that does not provide a readable file on Win 10.

I frequently find these problems on web pages with survey questions. Hi guys, lately with one of the updates to firefox I've had something new crop up and I desperately want to get rid of it. When I save something from the internet to my computer there is a dropdown box that shows up from the downloads icon, which is on my address bar. (I'm assuming this is firefox and not windows.) It just annoys me and sometimes gets in the way. Help please?

How do you save the changes you made on inspect element on firefox?

All im getting is youtube videos of how to do it for chrome and you require an extension!

I wish to participate in the support and community discussion pages. But so far am unsuccessful in determining the correct Path... Can't help but notice another Scheme's community pages can be difficult to find too.

The way it's setup is intended to deter growth from mobile devices, isn't it? That is my impression of it anyway.

Anyone direct me with a link? or do i need to request a token, fight a dragon,or perhaps some other task to demonstrate worth?

For instance there is a site I use, which has a list of my posts, with buttons to delete the posts. I click the delete button, this opens an "Are you sure?" modal window, I click delete, the modal closes, I am on the same original list page with the same URL, but now I have another pseudo-page in my back button history that I have to go through.

If I do this with three more posts, I will have an additional three back button history dropdown entries to navigate back through.

When I exceed the number of entries shown in the dropdown, I have to keep clicking through the quasi-paginated list of duplicated back button history entries for the same exact page, to get back to the page I was on before ever going to the list page.

Some webpages cause the browser to automatically reload them at periodic intervals. Sometimes these intervals are too short and in the middle of reading the webpage it gets reloaded.

How do I prevent Firefox from accepting a reload command from the webpage I am currently browsing?

I did not see an answer to this in the FAQ.
