At 15:00 yesterday, my Thunderbird was updated (behind my back).

From that moment it could not communicate with my imap server and I cannot renew my account with the server.

I now have to use webmail.

Can I please go back to the immediate predecessor as that has worked well.

Yesterday Firefox started closing at random, sometimes instantly as soon as I open it. The crash dialog doesn't open, and if I go to about:crashes my most recent unreported crash is from 2019. Tried refreshing, reinstalling, completely wiping all profiles and starting fresh. If I use troubleshooting mode it won't open properly at all. I am at a bit of a loss, any ideas?

I have a strong phone sd 870 and 6gb ram so need to put the blame on that.. but this browser keeps refreshing the webpage as soon as I leave to other apps.. yes I tried with no battery restrictions but didn't solve the problem

Since yesterday any streaming services such as Netflix or Hulu will only have green screen for the video. The sound will come through just fine and subtitles. My Wildvine is updated, I've toggled the DRM on and off several times, no changes. My browser has been checked for updates. Not sure what else to try at this point.

"guh your tab just crashed" messagge crash my macbook pro. Also other programs. And yesterday i format and reinstalled an old macbook with catalina and firefox..nothing more..and the same messagge appears..c'mon guys.

The problem persists across different sites I frequent, most notably dropout.tv and archive.org. videos I try to watch either don't play in the browser at all, or play without any sound, even though nothing is muted. The only site completely unaffected seems to be youtube, where everything works as usual.

My thunderbird email is linked to my Virgin media email. Suddenly Thunderbird has stopped working, so cant send or receive messages. Any ideas - the virgin email is working fine.

WHERE IS SUPPORT?? I've been waiting for support to acknowledge my question for over 3 weeks. In the mean time, I can't use firefox for search results because it doesn't search and there are no solutions to fix issue anywhere online. FRUSTRATED AND WAITING FOR SUPPORT. Thank you

Firefox browser is not responding. I cannot click the menu as suggested because when I do the whole page crashes. How do I fix this "firefox not responding" issue?

I have been watching YouTube videos on firefox android and have been clicking ful screen and landscape has been fine. Then over night a few days ago, it stopped. When I turn the phone to landscape, the video sound is playing but the video is blank, with no picture. It is fine in normal portrait just not when I click full screen when it was working.

I've cleared the cache and history, I've even unistalled Firefox and reinstalled it twice, once from the play store and once as the apk but to no avail. I have also disabled adons, tried the picture to picture, and autoplay but nothing works.

Any help to rectify and return my viewing would be appreciated.

For awhile now since I last updated the android app it's started freezing after awhile when I try to open a new tab or type in the address bar. Sometimes it looks like it's opening a new tab but it's just a duplicate of a different tab then it freezes. Restarting the app makes it work again but it won't remember the last thing I was doing and the history shows up entirely blank. Even closing the app before it freezes it won't remember what I just had open

After the last couple of Thunderbird updates, I have been experiencing a really frustrating issue that I can't seem to resolve.

Only when I receive emails from one specific recipient and I go to reply to them, the font size is suddenly really large, and the spacing between new lines is huge.

Even if I set the font options to the same as if I was replying to a different recipient or creating a new message, it still appears really large.

What's worse is even if I make all these adjustments and get the font size and formatting looking okay, the actual sent message is even more out of whack and has all these spacing problems.

Does anyone know what might be going on? No other mail client I use experiences this issue whatsoever, and this issue is only occuring with this recipient.

I have faced with the following bug linked to messages displaying in thread in any section of Thunderbird (i.e., Incoming messages). See the screenshot - there is just thin white stripe instead of text of the message. This bug repeats only for some random messages. Restart of Thunderbird resolves this bug temporarily.

When I use a html signature with graphics, the recipients who can not receive Html, do ot receive the grafics, obviously, but also not any other attachment like a PDF file. The same is sent but not received! in other words, our customer complain that we forgot the attachment, but we did not. If I resend without the signature, they receive the PDF file. If I reply with an attachment and have a previous signature with grafics in the feed, the attachement also disapears. The only solution is no grphics in the signature, but that is not a solution, just a quick fix. Thank you very much for your replies.
