I need to delete my husband's firefox account from my computer without deleting it on his computer altogether. I need to set up or reset a firefox account for myself.

1,687 tabs disappeared when Mozilla v Firefox Android took over the browser this afternoon without NOTIFICATION ?!?

Without any whatsoever NOTICE where are my Collections data & content?!?

BUT YOU DID FIND IT NECESSARY TO CHANGE ALL MY PRESET SETTINGS , WHY  ?!?

Firefox just self updated to 119.0 and twice now it has frozen then locked up the system so I couldn't even move the mouse cursor, and I had no choice but do a hardware reset. Windows 10 desktop PC. I had to download Chrome to get back on the net. I'm rolling back to an earlier version and turning off the updates. Updates usually do more harm than good, and I've been using these browsers since Netscape 2.

when I try to go to Costco.ca i get the error message saying the page isn't redirecting properly because of refusal to accept cookies. How do I accept the cookies so that I can log into Costco.ca? (I can log into Costco.ca using other browsers, just not Firefox)

I have been a loyal Firefox user for many many years. I lost count. I have gone so far as to uninstall Edge from my computer. BUTTTTTTTTTTTTT. Your recent updates are leading me to switch over to Chrome. With your recent updates, I now have to run Firefox in trouble shooting mode in order to be able to access and make my payments in my PayPal account. It now completely messes up my PayPal screen. And, most recently, now I have to click to make a YouTube video play on initial launch. Each time I open a new video, it pauses and I have too click on it to make it play. AND, don't tell me to go check and set the "autoplay" settings. THAT DOES NOT work. So until you guys can show me how to revert back to a previous version of Firefox that worked.. I AM SWITCHING OVER TO CHROME. In my opinion... I consider what you have recently done to me is a VIRUS.. you broke something that worked.. Especially my PayPal stuff

In Chrome I was able to have a home page as well as a first-up page. So, for my first-up page, I had Proton Mail for my email. Then, for my home page I had the New York Times. I'd like to be able to do the same here with Firefox, if possible.

the darn boxes that pop in on the right bottom of the screen are driving me crazy. I will be switching browsers if there is no way to turn them off. (My popup blocker is enabled). Help!

I look around a LOT on FB Marketplace. Since the latest update, I cannot see the individual listings when I click on them. There might be an extremely brief flash, then the screen goes solid white. I have no problems in OTHER browsers and this has occurred only after the latest Firefox update. Do I have to abandon Firefox completely or is there some way to fix this?

After the 119.0 Update, the Extension Button and Panel does not allow for access directly from the toolbar--the downloaded extensions (like AdBlock, Clock) are not able to be placed on the Toolbar per the Puzzle Icon to Pin to Toolbar

When i updated Firefox just now it offered several recommended security add-ons. I added a few of them. But now I can't access Facebook. I disabled them one at a time and still cannot get in. What do I do now?

I would like assistance to enable javascript. Chase bank says in orderto perform activities, I need javascript. So, do other sites. I never had this problem before 2 weeks ago. Not sure what is causing this. I tried following instructions online that said I had to get to Firebox 'configure' box, but the instructions were too vague, bc I didn't see the prompters they said I should choose from? As a user, when creating and using a saved credit card, I'd like the opportunity to provide it a nickname. This would make it easier to distinguish if multiple cards are saved. This doesn't seem to be available.

Here we go again.... I have been watching Amazon Prime Videos on my Mac and also my HP computers for a long time. About 3 weeks ago, when I tried to stream a video, it would not start and I got an error message that the video was not available. After trying both computers, many times over the 3 weeks, I have gotten the same results. Amazon says it is the Firefox browser that is the problem and want me to install Chrome, which I DO NOT WANT on my computer. Can you fix the problem or help in any way?

I'm on MacOS Sonoma 14.0. Since the Firefox update to v. 119.0, I have had a really strange issue which is hard to describe, but I'll try.

In the Bookmarks Sidebar, whenever I click a folder, it disappears from view leaving a blank, empty space. The folder is still there, and everything in the folder is visible, but the folder itself is just a blank space. When the blank space is clicked on, the folder reappears and can still be selected, but the folder beneath it becomes invisible. It is almost as though the background and the foreground text and folder outline are the same color. The same thing occurs with History. The bookmarks themselves never become invisible, just the folders.

Has anyone seen this behavior? Does anyone have any idea how to fix it?

I am attending college classes on line, I frequently have 4 tabs pinned, and 3-4 further tabs open. Without any discernible pattern I can fathom, Firefox will close everything. I have no add-ons to remove, update or restart. I have no plug ins to remove, update or restart. My drivers and Windows OS are all up to date.

I ask my Firefox to delete my history and clear the cash when it is closed, so it takes me roughly 5-20 minutes to log back into everything I'm doing for class or my personal life when this happens.

Upon researching this matter today, all the fixes I can find involve removing add-ons and plug ins. Or updating them. Or turning them off. I have none to try this fix on. The advice on the main page says to check that all system are up to date. I have checked, they are.

Hoping someone has some advice. Thanks!
