Windows 7 ultimate with latest Firefox version: Started having problems with being unable to save or edit bookmark in firefox. When I attempt to obtain info through mozilla solutions, firefox closes.

So I had to reset my PC last week , and hoped that the sync was running as expected to recover my bookmark and saved websites data , and no luck !

how can I get back my data !!! , I read all across the fourm and I haven't seen any direct answer to this sync issue!! can you please help in this!

The Update to 108.0.1 succeeded, but the partial process for "sync" still shows as partway. Must've clicked that item by mistake, and then killed it after seeing the scope--since I don't use a smartphone., etc., anyway!

We should be cautioned that this 108.0.1 upgrade is a complicated one. At midnight I just wanted to do a SIMPLE update (release notes listed just one item), shut it off and hit the sack --not be swamped with all the myriad new choices and features to learm! --as I now see.

recently I picked up Mozilla again and saw some weird website formatting for some sites. It sometimes only affect certain areas (see attached picture Bad Formatting Amazon, where one part got squished and dragged down very much) and sometimes it affects the whole website (please refer to the other two pictures, one showing the proper formatting and the other one a formatting, which occurs over time, when leaving the website open)

Can I change any settings to combat this? Looking forward to your input!

Somehow my bookmarks have become corrupted. When I follow the instructions in how to restore old bookmarks, only 5 days show up...and that's when the problem began. So now I cannot find any of my valuable bookmarks. Any ideas why I cannot see more "history"?

I'm also having trouble with the browser: when I left my desk this morning for a 1/2 hour and came back, the history showed places I had not visited nor would I. Have you seen that before? Nancy

Hello, when I search firefox in Ubuntu snap store I see two firefox: Firefox web browser V 108.0 build2 238.8MB and firefox v 108.0 250.5MB. There are both safe? Which one to install?

Firefox on Win10 has lost all of my logins. I tried launching a new profile, but no good. In the settings "logins.json" has become "logins.json.corrupt" and renaming it does nothing. The Firefox on my two android devices still have the logins intact is there a way to send them to the Windows version?

Is there a way that I can recover my New Tab page setup (just the new tab page) from a Macrium Reflect backup of my OS disk? I recently did some cleanup that cratered my FireFox profile (developer and beta also). I would like to somehow recover just the New Tab page setup from the os backup. Any solution? Suddenly today my browser had switched any current tab to the bottom of my window, but it also only lets me see one at a time..which means I can't see multiple tabs open unless I close the current one. My tab bar is gone entirely and was up-top as it's always been, just under the URL box.

I didn't hit any key combos that I know of that would cause this, and I can't seem to find anyone else with the same problem when I search for a solution. Does anyone know what I can do to fix this?? It's very odd and annoying, I've never had it happen before now..
