When I login into some WEB site it goes in to an endless loop continues? It used to work before you forced the download of version of 0esr, when the old none 0esr worked fine. As a example: I am trying to login to xcelenergy.com site and it keeps flipping back and forth with these two lines ( parts of lines deleted because you might get into my account )in the address bar -

1. - https://my.xcelenergy.com/MyAccount/MyAccount_Proxy?context=us1_tk1...............parts deleted.........................client_id=JnU2RjC15thihnMDrOyzKzvH&mode=login&scope=openid+profile+email+salesforceInfo&gig_skipConsent=true

2. - https://my.xcelenergy.com/MyAcco...........................parts deleted......................._MA_Template

I have included the 2 of screen captures that it flip's through of maybe a another 2 screens (can not tell, it flips through to fast).

  The site I am login into:          my.xcelenergy.com
 Firefox version using now:      115.6.0esr (64-bit) or the 32bit Version, I tried both. Then load an old back version it works fine but then it gets upgrade to the new version again.
  my version of windows:         8.1, with all Firefox ad blockers and other ad blockers turned off or on does not matter. 
      The reason I will not upgrade my software is that I would have to buy a lot of new software upgrades that I use, and can  

not afford at this time on my retirement.

Hello, Every time I try to open a new tab, either for searching or for opening up any of my accounts such as facebook, a security alert pops up and the URL is resultvIt.com. Please help.

i use firefox on ubuntu and a dropdown terminal app called tilda. i configured the F1 key in the system to bring down the tilda terminal. it works in every other application, just when firefox is in front, the F1 key does nothing. it wasn't the case before, now it is.

Hello Before I reset my PC some months ago, I almost never had to Login to sites, as the kept me logged in. This no longer happens, and now I frequently have to Login to eg. my Google account which needs third party autho and all sorts. It is rather annoying having to Login to Google every time I close the Window.

I do not have this setting on: "delete cookies and site data when Firefox is closed" I do have this setting on: "Ask to save logins and passwords for web sites"

It does save my Password and autofill, which makes it easier. But it is still annoying, that I have to login to everything every time.

I have tried reinstalling Firefox, to no avail.

Please Help

great work with devloping such fine browser from past week i have been having a issue while browsing youtube the browser gets stuck and i am not able to forward or rewind the video or if i switch tabs it takes some time and to load already loaded page kindly help me with the same warm regards satish

Autofill has been working perfectly fine until yesterday. There's not even a manage addresses in the privacy and security settings anymore.

Autofill card still works, but not addresses.

I'm experiencing a problem when I visit certain websites, like 'https://mui.com/x/react-data-grid/'. Every time I try to access this site, the page starts an infinite reloading loop, preventing me from using the website normally.

I am trying to find answers in relation to my Favourites shorcuts not showing the Icon for some well known websites e.g BBC World News, CNN. Once answer found on the Firefox Forum is: Make sure that you allow pages to choose their own fonts.

Tools > Options > Content : Fonts & Colors > Advanced: [X] "Allow pages to choose their own fonts, instead of my selections above"

This is just typical of many answers I find on the Firefox forums whereby the suggested solutions seem to bear no resemblance to my Firefox system. Am I using something different? Everything points to me having the latest up to date version of Firefox. For example if I click on the four horizontal line hamburger on top right of the screen I do not see anything that begins with "Tools" in the menu options. I see "Settings" and "More Tools" but none lead to "Options>Content: Fonts & Colors> Advanced: [X]. simarly, If I click on "Tools" in the menu at the top of the Browser nothing leads to "Options". Any suggestions please?

Here is a rather long winded explanation of my problem initially prepared for an email to Firefox until I found out that was not a possibility. Hello Agent, I have a problem with Firefox described as follows: I have an account with a company called Eversfield Organic an organic meat company. They have a facility whereby the delivered cold packs and insulating material can be returned to them via DPD free of charge. To achieve this a form has to be completed on Eversfields site to enable a returns label to be printed. When attempting to complete this form one line of this form will not accept an input. This item is called the “Country” which should read “United Kingdom”. I cannot input this manually or by my password manager “RoboForm” which temporary inputs United Kingdom until I release the mouse button when it goes blank again. I have tried the Google Chrome and Opera browsers which work perfectly using this system. So logically it would appear that there is a fault with Firefox which is a shame since it is my preferred browser. It would be appreciated if you can provide a solution to this problem. I want certain extensions to be able to run in private windows, but not in normal windows. For example, I would browse normally without a VPN extension, and when I open a private window, the VPN extension would be enabled.

Hi, I used to be able to go to my email with Foxfire Mozilla with one click. Now I have to go to gmail, click on user name, insert my password twice, and then go to my phone to click on "yes, it is me" and sometimes before that enter a code, and then go to update securty all before I can read my email. I don't need any of this; I am the only user of my account and the only person who uses my computer. I am very unhappy with this. Also, just recently I now have lots of popups, most about music. It isn't even advertising, that I could understand, just annoying boxes of useless information that I have to dismiss. What is going on?,

I have been using my banks website, www.lbandt.com, for years. Suddenly firefox cannot find the website, what is the problem? Have to have access or can't use firefox.
