Need assistance in transferring my firefix android bookmarks from galaxy 22 to galaxy 23. These bookmarks aren't saved anywhere else. These are just for my mobile. Can anyone help? Thank you

I have deleted my bookmarks with the Bookmark manager, but where are they now? I cannot find them in /trash and all of the *bookmark* files on my laptop are miniscule (like 127 bytes.) The json files are no better, when I imported previous bookmark files they were empty.

Is there currently a keyboard shortcut to switch the focus to the Bookmarks Toolbar?

If not, are there any plans to add one?

If not, I would like to request that functionality.

Unlike Chrome, if you drag n drop a bookmark, it is saved with the url as a title. You need to click the star for the bookmark to be saved normally.

Any plans on changing that?

Newbie question: today I started out using Firefox, so bear with me.

I am trying to set the Firefox Home page to display a limited number of 'pins'. Did manage to get them there, but some other pins are automatically added (based on recent visits I suppose?) So I have 8 pins, 3 I don't want. When dismissing, I get other links instead.

Maybe this is by design and can not be changed.

Vainly search for a way to have only the few pins, that I want, show there, nothing else.

This morning after no noticeable change to my computer, the bookmarks are missing from Firefox. I thought it might be after last update, but that was a week ago (I think) and I didn't have this issue until after the weekend (computer on but not used, system did not restart). The bookmark backups are listed but i get the following error when trying to load them:

"Unable to process the backup file."

I have found the file location, but even trying to do it manually gives the same error.

Is this a bug from the new update?

I'm using Firefox 100 on Win10 and can't save any bookmarks. They do NOT appear under the App Data Profile, which would not be acceptable even if they were. This change has made it impossible for me to continue using Firefox, unless I want to go back to Win7.

I simply need Bookmarks to work the way they did before!

I am not too good with the computer and have just starting using Firefox. I will do my best to describe my question so please bar with me. I have 2 rows of websites that I frequent...actually only using the first row and 5 spaces in the second row. When I go to a different website Firefox is automatically adding that website to one of the boxes in the second row which I do not want. How do I stop this? Question 2...using Ebay as an example...if I keep searching on Ebay and have looked at lets say 5 different pages how do I go back to the home screen without having to hit the back button 6 times? Hi. Can anyone tell me if it would be possible to display all 3 rows of toolbar bookmarks in my bookmark toolbar? It used to show 3 rows, but I changed my monitor's display settings to make the text bigger, and now I can only see the first row of bookmarks at the top of the screen in Firefox. Thanks.

I have 2 laptops I will call OLD and NEW. Both have Firefox Browser 104.0.2. I have the Menu Bar at the upper left corner for both OLD and NEW.

On OLD when I click the Bookmarks link in the Menu Bar, i see a few links (Manage Bookmarks, Bookmark current tab, etc). Then below the links I see all my bookmarks listed. I DO NOT have to click on a link to see my bookmarks.

On NEW when I click the Bookmarks link in the Menu Bar, I also see a few links (Manage Bookmarks, Bookmark current tab, etc). And then nothing else. I have to click a link to see bookmarks. How do I get NEW to display my bookmarks without having to click a link?

Hello, I am changing computers. I used Mozilla Firefox on the old computer and now on the new one. It's the same version; I checked. I exported the bookmarks from the old computer as HTML (that was the only option) but when I try to import them to the new computer and the same version of Firefox, they will not import.
