Starting with my bank's web site, my user name/password is being challenged. I can't bank. Elsewhere, where my desk top has always been recognized, I'm now forced to log in each time...and I receive an email that a new device has just logged into my account. All of this suspiciously coincides with a recent browser update. On my bank feedback it's showing as Firefox "125"...when all previous logins were recorded as Firefox "124". Help!

I have had a few emails that did not show up in the inbox listing, so the message count at the top indicated more messages than were listed. Doing a search showed them, and by moving them from the search results to another folder, and then re-searching and moving them back, caused most of them to appear. But not all - I still have a message count of 20, but only 19 listed, see photo 1. Photo 2 shows the hidden email (from Barry Chandler). So the email is there, it's just not visible!

FF loads so slowly and blocks so many sites that I had to disable enhanced tracking to get to mozilla.org. It can take up to 30 seconds for a site to load if I don't disable enhanced tracking, and even then, some won't load and will time out. I have 7 pinned items that load when FF opens, and it can take up to 5 minutes for all of those to load. Even on some sites where I have enhanced tracking turned off, I have to close the initial block page to get the site to load. Sometimes I have to stop the download and refresh to get the page to load. It is blocking sites that I've used for years with no problems.

What I have done: Troubleshoot mode - loaded a bit faster, but still had problems with some bookmarked pages I've used for years with no problems. It seems to hate all Google Pages, especially Google News Turned off Deceptive Content and Dangerous Software protection Turned off HTTPS only mode Turned off Block Popup Windows

Hi. Strange request I know because Firefox is working perfectly but Google has failed me.

We have a printer/copier in our small club. The IP address assigned is 192.168.1.125. Typing this into a browser should bring up the copier admin dashboard.

When I do this using Firefox everything works fine, BUT when I use any other browser such as Chrome, Edge or Opera I get the "Cannot connect" "Error connecting" etc message.

I removed Bitdefender antivirus and disabled Windows Defender but it's still the same.

Any network people who can point me in the right place as to where to look or report to the correct forum.

A private site that authenticates via user certificates works successfully with Safari, but fails in Firefox iOS (yet works fine in Firefox for Windows) Firefox seems to neither: 1. access user certificates from the iOS Configuration Profile 2. manage certificates in its own store.

On initial load, Safari prompts for which certificate to use, while Firefox displays an NSURLErrorDomain message.

Is there a way to use user certificates in Firefox iOS for authentication (i.e. am I doing something incorrectly)? If not, can such functionality please be added.

Thunderbird on my top of the range Win11 laptop was working perfectly until it self-updated to 115.10.1 a couple of days ago. Accessing messages already in the various folder is fast as usual. Unfortunately anything like deleting, downloading a new message is excruciatingly slow : several seconds to click and delete in the inbox. Several seconds to access a message just downloaded. The first time it happened I had a whole bunch of messages deleted because the I kept clicking when I saw no action. It seems to me like it has problem updating the messages in the inbox. Very painful for something that was working so well.

Meine Android App Firefox ist gestern eingefroren und ließ sich nur neu installieren, nun sind alle Firefox Lesezeichen und offenen Tabs weg. Wie bekomme ich diese wieder???

Mam dużo otwartych kart. Po zamknięciu kilku kart, gdy wyjdę z aplikacji (zminimalizuje ją) i wejdę ponownie karty które zamknąłem nadal są otwarte. Tak jakby otwierają się na nowo. To bardzo duży problem, nie mogę zamknąć kart. Nie znalazłem nigdzie odpowiedzi na ten problem Proszę o pomóc Pozdrawiam serdecznie

Poczta Thunderbird nie ściągą nowych wiadomości, usuwane teraz stare, wracają do folderów głównych. Przy odbieraniu wiadomości pojawia się komunikat jak na zdjęciu. Ostatnia wiadomość pobrano ok. 100razy.

Routing the Nekobox proxy through AdGuard does not work in Firefox for Android. In Nekobox, it looks like the packet is sent and connected, but in whatsmyipadress, the original IP address is displayed. I put the local host address and port number for Nekobox in http.proxy in about:config and restarted, but the original IP address is still displayed.

Am trying to update my email address. When I try to make the secondary the primary, it wants a verification code entered. The field for this code will not let me paste it or enter it manually. Will this glitch be fixed soon?

My Firefox keeps going into private browsing on its own. I deleted the app and cleared it and it’s done it again. When I go into settings there is no way for me to uncheck private browsing

Others asked and were pointed to extensions. As long as extensions get access to my pages, I'm not willing to use any. So, is there an option in advanced settings, to return to previously viewed tab when I close a tab? Thanks, Cat

On YouTube the video will start playing but the rectangle it should be in will still be black, refreshing usually works. Sometimes a video will simply stop playing. Sometimes i have to close all apps and restart the browser twice to get it to work. Sometimes trying to go to full screen will crash the app. Sometimes popping the app out of full screen into a floating window crashes it. This one is new, it's the uploaded screenshot, it crashed mid video and made the video look funny.
