when i pull up a log in page firefox always wants to fill in my log in name. i went to the settings page and firefox says that i have no saved log ins. how do i clear my log in name or stop firefox from trying to fill it in for me.

I've upgraded to Firefox 99 (on Linux) and a website that works fine in Firefox 88 and Chromium 101 has stopped working for me - I can't get the log in form to show up.

This is in a standard window (as opposed to private) with all add ons disabled, Enhanced Tracking Protection switched off for the site and protection settings set to 'Custom' with everything switched off (and same with protection settings set to 'Standard').

I'm having similar problems with other websites, eg

in a private window (but weirdly works fine in a standard window) - click on 'Example protein sequence' to fill in a sample sequence and then press 'Search'. In a standard window this works but in a private window the 'Search' button doesn't work. (If the search button does work for you, please delete the job afterwards by clicking on the rubbish bin/trashcan icon so as not waste their resources.)

I am sending tabs from Firefox mobile to Firefox desktop (Arch Linux) (on a regular base for years). All worked fine. After a new install two weeks ago the Firefox desktop receives the tabs and opens them as supposed. But after a day or three when I open Firefox desktop it opens all previous tabs again together with the newly sent tabs. I deleted the Firefox profile and installed from Firefox sync but the problem occurs. I deleted all devices in sync and added my 2 devices (desktop and mobile) again but it didn't work. Does anybody have a similar problem (and a solution)?

Since the latest Firefox, I cannot load Bell Webmail when I am using my VPN. Everything works fine with Edge. I am not tech savvy, but is there something in "settings" that should be adjusted. Bell says that Firefox is the problem. Alan

When I load Amazon.com, the webpage is a lot of text and random pictures. Amazon's layout is broken. I loaded the same page in Chrome and Safari without a problem. I reinstalled Firefox 99.0.1 without any improvement. Please fix.

I've noticed that some websites will endlessly spam the console (in developer tools) with rubbish, and I would like to be able to block that from happening. I'm ignorant about this sort of stuff in general, and it confuses me how a website can even access my browser's console to begin with.

The latest example I came across which caused me to finally ask about it, was some strange JavaScript spam with some kind of < div > (had to edit this with spaces to show it in the post) structure containing over a thousand characters. This is a moan more than a question. About every six months or so my bookmark sidebar disappears because i have clicked Control and B without meaning to. And that is how to get it back again. Except, I never remember and search all over the page (View, Options etc) without finding how to get it back. So I eventually do a search for how to recover it and find all the archived guides from when other people had the same problem and the same question and ther same frustration. So my moan/quesion is this: why the blankety blank, doesn't Firefox add something into the menu (View or Options or somewhere) that says "Show toolbar permanently". Would save all this frsutration and irritation. The impression I get is that Mozilla thinks we should not want to have the menu on screen all the time. But that is the problem with users! We have our own way of doing things! Please!

Hi! Since yesterday, in Outlook, my font size became very tiny for subjects and categories. I can barely see it. Can you please restore them to normal sizes?? I am desperate trying to read them. Thank you! Shirley Savva

OneDrive links recently stopped opening (browser tab shows the OneDrive icon but the page shows no content); Edge continues to open the links. I am running Firefox 99.0.1 (64 bit desktop).

Recently pdf files I download are getting saved in my Downloads folder automatically. They are also opened in Adobe Reader as specified in settings. I don't know what version this started with but it didn't always happen. I don't want these files filling up my Downloads folder so how can I prevent this?

The instructions for the Window Titler icon suggest to turn on the Title Bar (with the Firefox icon, usually shows title of active tab, but would presumably show the Window Title if one was assigned). I can't find how to turn it on in version 99.0.1. It's not where the instructions for Window Titler said to look (managing the Menu bar or the Bookmarks bar). Any suggestions?

Would love for this feature (named windows) to become a normal part of Firefox. I wouldn't mind having the Title Bar anyway; at the cost of a few pixels, I would have something to grab onto when moving windows around that wouldn't accidentally do something to a tab.

YouTube TV won't load in my Mac OR my Windows Firefox.

Error: "Please use the latest version of Firefox to watch YouTube TV on your desktop."

I'm running 99.0.1. Enhanced tracking off. Extensions off.

YouTube support has been no help! Any ideas here?

When I open https://www.washingtonpost.com/ it loads but after a few seconds it goes blank. This started a few days ago and only happens on firefox.

I've been using Firefox since 2007, and I've had a love-hate connection with it at times. It is not uncommon for updates to wreak havoc on the system. I have to fix everything, and I don't want to use Firefox anymore. With the updates, it's changed a lot of the pages, even the ones that I use daily. I've tried everything to try to fix these problems. Please tell me how to straighten things up.
