Hello. I experience a problem that occurred 2 days ago. Firefox seems to ignore my preferences of opening previous windows and tabs, also it ignores pinned tabs. Some of websites disappear from the history (let's say i opened few windows to check if tabs will be saved by firefox, closed browser, opened it after few minutes: tabs are gone, history has only few of websites that were open. I tried to look for the problem by myself but failed. I will be grateful for your reply, thank you in advance.

All my inactive tabs on Firefox iOS are unable to be opened, whenever I tap on them the page won’t load and I can’t even copy the url from the search bar since there’s nothing there, and half the time the app crashes too whenever I’m on one of the inactive tabs.

I also can’t use the hamburger menu to copy the link or send to another device, and though the tab thumbnail is saved in the cache the page itself refuses to load.

Is there a way to bring them back? I’m running the latest version of the app and iOS.

When I click on the home button, I expect the browser to navigate to the home page. This works on all browsers that I know, aside from Firefox for Android. On Firefox for Android, it opens the home page in a new tab. This is not configured by me, it's certainly not expected, it's not intuitive, and I don't see a way to disable this "feature".

Is this a bug? If it is a "feature", how can I disable it?

Note that the home page itself is fine, and it offers exactly what I want it to have. There's no need to change the behaviour or looks of the home page itself.

Since updating to 123.4 it frequently happens that I tap a link in a website and it loads about:blank and won’t stop doing that until I force quit Firefox and restart it

Facebook used to be stable so while I was writing something, I could open other tabs to research things and go back to facebook and pick up where I was. SOMETHING HAPPENED some months ago, maybe a year (more?) and now I only have a short window to return BEFORE THE TAB REFRESHES and FLUSHES WHAT I WAS WORKING ON, DOWN THE TOILET! Is FACEBOOK OR MOZILLA DOING THIS AND CAN IT BE STOPPED!!!!

For the last month photos on my browser won’t open photos. I checked my setting and show photos tab was off which was weird so I turned it on then I was able to see photos but when I closed that tab opened a new tab it went back to no show. Totally Killer loves my Zilla

Hello. I was told viaApp Store review to come here and describe my issue. So I was hoping to upload my video to better show off what I am having major issues with. Unfortunately I cannot. So I'll settle with uploading the screencaps of what I see Everytime I go to a different tab in my plethora of tabs open.

The best way I can describe it is that I jump around tabs when I focus in on one, even if it's brief. And it's annoying to find out where I left off Especially when I open a new tab in the background. No other browser does that and if they did, it's been long fixed already.

So starting from the Homepage, I scroll up a bit to open up the next screenshot of Otakon. Once I go back to the tab page, I jump to a different area entirely, the last tab no where to be found but still present. So I then scroll up more to the definition of 'ambition' and then go back to the tab page. Now I'm back to where the Otakon tab was at. It's just lots of that using the browser and it's annoying especially if I'm doing a little shopping.

I’m trying to organize my open tabs, but they won’t stay in the order I put them in. They keep moving back to their “original” position. I updated to the most recent version of the app and restarted my phone, but the issue persists.

Is there a way to not open a new tab when i hit the home button? I hit the home button when i want to leave the page i am on. I don't want the other page left open in another tab.

I want to select multiple Tabs from a bookmark folder to open in the background.

On Chrome this used to be quite easy: Just open the Dropdown, click whichever tabs you wanted to open with the Mousewheel and done.

On Firefox you need to enable new tabs to open in Background first. I managed to find the setting for that with google after a while. You need to go to advanced settings by typing about:config into your url bar.

Then you search for browser.tabs.loadBookmarksInBackground and click "enable".

But this didn't fix the other issue I had, that the dropdown menu always closes as soon as I click anything.

Is there a way so it stays open until I'm done selecting the pages I want?

I tried to reply to you yesterday from the help site on FF, however on the last word, I misspelled that word, I attempted to correct it, it should have been easy enough because it was the last letter on the last word, I put my curser at the end of the last word and as I tried remove that letter, BOOM, the whole message disappeared. Hopefully it was sent but I haven’t heard a response yet so I’m assuming the message went into lala-land. Are you saying that your previous session isn't restored [Yes, none of the tabs were restored. Also, under the history tab, the “recently closed tabs” were grayed out so that menu command was useless.] or are you looking for the menu command to restore the previous session? Also, every time I reboot FF or my Computer, none of the previous tabs are restored. If the former, are you exiting before restarting your computer or shutting down? You should do that and you should use the exit command (either in the menu or the keyboard shortcut). I suggest you also allow enough time for the process to finish before restarting the computer or shutting down. Can you help me with this? What is the fix for this issue?

I use google meet a lot. I need to screen my screen very often. i have used other web browsers which let to share a singe tab in the meet, but in firefox, can only get the option for either a window or an entire screen which is very inconvenient. I hope to hear from you soon because i use firefox and its be a shame for me to switch to other web browsers completely for this issue. My email is vijay.rh@gmail.com

Why is there now no option to close present tab only when clicking on X. The old (default) warning was excellent. With no warning, clicking the X kills Firefox - and all open tabs. This has lost me hours of work already. i certainly don't want to go down the route of restoring all tabs first. I can't rely on it, for instance, holding all comments made on a form. And for that matter, I wouldn't want that to reinstate a login.

Please can we return to the warning with 2 options Close all tabs and Close current tab only.

I just restarted Firefox and, much to my distress, the tabs are now as they were on May 27th (I know this because that is the date in one of the tabs). This means some tabs are open that I closed in the last seven weeks, and all the tabs I opened and kept open in the last seven weeks are gone (in this case all my research). The information is there in history but it would take me hours to reopen all the hundreds of research tabs I opened in the last weeks and then close the ones I already closed as I no longer need them.

Why has it done this? How do I keep it from doing this again? And is there a way to force it to open with the tabs I had open just a few hours ago?

When i try to log into my banking at anz.com.au Login i always get "Your Tab just Crashed " Just tried a tastingaustralia.com.au and a tab that says "explore winter series" i get the same Your tab just crashed The banking login has been like this for weeks If i log in using Edge it works fine Whats wrong with Firefox  ??

I have lost my tabs after accidentally clicking top right hand cross and now can't all my 30 tabs back, very frustrating! This the one that keeps coming back which is not the page I want.

For the third time with a broken arm! I set up my home page and tabs for work, banking etc. Last 2 days after I have closed down the night before, all my tabs are gone. I can't spend half a day setting them all up again only to have them, disappear again. Please find my tabs and restore them so I can continue my work.
