i have a problem with the number of no read emails, because look that is 9 the number of emails... and there are only 3 but in 3 different folders... how can i avoid that… (pročitajte više)

I use Owl to receive my emails on Thunderbird. This has been working fine, but stopped round about my renewal date. I have re-added all my account details and can get the data to come up, but it doesn't stay. Every time I close Thunderbird, so all the folders and emails disappear too. Please help. I have tried contacting the Owl Support several times by email, but they have not replied!
