Recently on my older iPad (5th generation) whenever I do an image search and click on a highlighted image (any highlighted image) or the corresponding thumbnail link, doing so always and only results in a blank page. If however, I choose the option to open the image in a new tab, then and only then does the search go to the desired site. All the other search options seem to work fine.

I have cleared my caches and deleted my histories to no avail. Removing and reinstalling Firefox did not help. Rebooting didn’t do it either. Have I caught a malware that my antivirus protection has failed to detect? Is it a bug in the app?

I’m stumped.

Since updating to 123.4 it frequently happens that I tap a link in a website and it loads about:blank and won’t stop doing that until I force quit Firefox and restart it

If I install Firefox 124.0, will I have an opportunity to change the default tab order setting to "Tab Order" instead of "Recently Opened" before the browser messes up the order of my 100s of open tabs?

When I open Firefox to my home page any additional tabs that I open keep crashing. The page tells me that it has crashed and there is a restore tab button there but that doesn't work and the crash message just comes back.

For the last month photos on my browser won’t open photos. I checked my setting and show photos tab was off which was weird so I turned it on then I was able to see photos but when I closed that tab opened a new tab it went back to no show. Totally Killer loves my Zilla

Hello. I was told viaApp Store review to come here and describe my issue. So I was hoping to upload my video to better show off what I am having major issues with. Unfortunately I cannot. So I'll settle with uploading the screencaps of what I see Everytime I go to a different tab in my plethora of tabs open.

The best way I can describe it is that I jump around tabs when I focus in on one, even if it's brief. And it's annoying to find out where I left off Especially when I open a new tab in the background. No other browser does that and if they did, it's been long fixed already.

So starting from the Homepage, I scroll up a bit to open up the next screenshot of Otakon. Once I go back to the tab page, I jump to a different area entirely, the last tab no where to be found but still present. So I then scroll up more to the definition of 'ambition' and then go back to the tab page. Now I'm back to where the Otakon tab was at. It's just lots of that using the browser and it's annoying especially if I'm doing a little shopping.

When I’m on Mozilla, if I minimize the tab I’m on or close it out lighter when I reopen. It automatically opens a new tab instead of opening where I left off how do I correct this?

When I close a tab right before closing the app, it will be back when I return. the only way to prevent it is to load a different tab between closing the previous one and closing the app.

I have both Windows and Firefox listed for Firefox as my default browser. I have checked every default app and extension type and they are all directed to open in Firefox. Yet when I click on a web link using Firefox, it opens in Edge. Any help or insight into this is appreciated.

A few weeks ago, I was having trouble logging into my Twitter account on Firefox (not on Edge). In an unrelated issue, I had to reformate my computer, and the problem went away. Today, Firefox updated itself, and the problem returned. I have it bookmarked as a pinned tab, and when I click on it, I get an error message, and it won't let me log in. However, if I right click on the same tab, and select "open in private window", it lets me log in, no issues. I don't really want to have a new window open though, and it worked after I reformatted, and before this update. I have done what previous people have suggested (clicking on the security icon to turn off security for that page), but it doesn't help. Any suggestions would be nice. Thanks in advance...

Hello I find it hard to select the tabs, the cursor has to be just in the right narrow area for selection, which is just under the tab name's text. Same for selecting the "X" to close the tab, the cursor has to be just under the X for selection, anywhere else does not work. Thanks much Daniel

If you type "% [search term]" in your search bar, it will try to search your existing tabs for any tabs that fit the criteria. The problem is, firefox is making odd decisions on what to display in the search results. I was under the impression that Firefox would prioritize the most frequently used tabs in the search results, but this no longer appears to be true, or the criteria used is more complex than that.

As an example, in the attached screenshot, i am searching for tabs with the keyword "Stellaris". But for some reason, Firefox refuses to show me any reddit tabs with "Stellaris" in them, and is instead showing a list of tabs that are much less frequently used.

Is there any way to get the search results to prioritize the most frequently used tabs, change what shows up in the search results, etc? I know i can type "stellaris reddit" to narrow down the search results, but i would prefer that the search results prioritize the msot frequently used tabs.

Using Firefox 115.7 ESR btw.
