My Firefox is the most recent version 126. I am having trouble with pop-ups being blocked. I have added the website to the pop-up exception list. When I go to the site, it shows me the little icon showing I have added exceptions for this site. However; the pop-up still gets blocked.

The site is: https://www.foxit.com/ I try clicking the Log In drop down then Foxit Account. Before this would pop-up the log in screen for the site but since version 125, it does not. I just updated to version 126 to see if that resolved it before creating this post but it didn't. Thus I am here trying to get help.

FIRST PROBLEM (I have been unable to submit a help request from https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/new/mozilla-account/form)

Windows 10, fully updated with the latest firefox version. Email program is MS Outlook through my employer. Email notifications are overwhelmingly loud if the global volume is sufficient for viewing content. Playing with the volume mixer doesn't help. I have searched for solutions online, and every suggested fix entails features or options that are not available on my system. Please provide complete instructions for Windows 10. Please respond to lanzcc@potsdam.edu

Unread Messages on Web may be Read Messages in Thunderbird

My service provider is QX.net which uses Magic Mail web email. I have Firefox 115.ll, 64 bit. I have Thunderbird 115.11.1, 32 bit.

The Magic Mail on my Server shows 253 unread messages. I have identified some of those 253 messages in my Thunderbird folder and they have been read, and are shown as read in Thunderbird. There seem to be 3 different dates involved. This is a concern as it is unacceptable not to receive all of my messages.

Please advise what I can do to address this so that I receive all my messages and so that when I have read them they are shown as "read" in Thunderbird and in Magic Mail.

I'm a keyboard only / screen reader user. I have been using thunderbird for a week and love it. I use the portable version. Anyway, is there a way to rearrange my email accounts without dragging? when I add an account I want it to not appear at the bottom of the list. could there be a way to rearrange said accounts either with a keyboard, or via a setting to move up and down the account via buttons and have it take effect in the tree view? I've been looking for such a solution for a while now. If not, might there be an add on I can use which can aid in doing this? thanks.

Highlighted screenshots wrong color after updating yesterday.

It used to be this error happened maybe one in 20 times and it was annoying because I am making these screenshots for use in youtube videos and it becomes unreadable, but now it is every single screenshot even after doing it dozens of times and with different pages.

I have a recurring but random problem when I reply to an email with a distribution list. TB seems to select an email address from the CC addresses on the original email rather than my mailbox address. example - mail received from user A with copy to B C D E. I reply to all and sometimes the sender address used by the system is one of the CC addresses (ie B C D or E). All users are getting the message but they think it was sent by somebody else. This could be a sensitive problem if I was making a report and then wondered why there was no follow up. Is there a setting somewhere that decides which sender address I use? I use two accounts, one is my internet provider (BT) and the other is Gmail. So far, I have only been advised of Gmail errors. Thanks in advance.

I cannot select multiple messages in any folder and move them to any other folder/ Filters will not work either.

As an example, I select 3 messages if my inbox and try to drag them to trash

I get an error popup that says "The messages could not be moved or copied to folder 'Trash on Local Folders' because writing to folder failed. To gain disk space, from the File menu, first choose Empty Trash, and then choose Compact Folders, and then try again."

Trash folder had been compacted and emptied.

Whenever I m visiting to my website I m facing an issue like getting a horizontal black line near the scroll bar, it is coming up when I make my browser window responsive to the resolution of 1920 X 1080 and when the zoom level is decreased to 90%, 80% & 67%.

This issue I m not facing in other browsers like chrome, edge.
