Ever since upgrading to Tahoe 26.5.2 I've had issues with the way the screen and some forms work:

• some buttons/ icons don't appear
• some buttons appear but don't work (no response when you click on them)
• oddities like if you select the edge of a window the cursore ocon stays as an arrow rather than changing to a resize icon.
• the overall screen appearance is white making some information hard to read

I suspect this is more to do with the Tahoe upgrade than Firefox - e.g. the 'liquid windows' mean some folders change appearance; sometimes being transparent therefore you can't see them anymore. Anyone else experiencing odd/frustrating behaviour since Tahoe upgrade? Seems another case of too many 'clever' features with no value make the software too complex and fragile.

On some forums - not this one - I am unable to complete the relevant text box to compose a reply. EG the Devon forum: https://discourse.devontechnologies.com/t/sync-between-mac-and-ipad-works-and-iphone-not-working/87390/7 No text appears and the text box is completely inoperative. The problem is not confined to that site, but I have experienced similar on other Forums.

I use Ublock Origin which I thought might be causing a problem but disabling it has no effect, neither does disabling Little Snitch. As a result I've concluded this is probably caused by something in my settings but I don't know which or where to look.

Any suggestions appreciated.

I am using Firefox to conduct Securus Jpay video connect visits and I have been unable to join a scheduled session due to what I believe is failure of the downloaded VRE client to load. When I do a precall test, everything, including the VRE client works correctly and I'm told that I will be able to run a session successfully. However, just as the video connect visit is about to begin, I am told to download the VRE client to continue. I have don't this multiple times, deleting each prior download and re-doing the download +installation. It's been very frustrating and I've tried everything. Up until about 2 weeks ago, everything was working smoothly. I'm stumped. Please help. thank you.

I keep having trouble with Facebook. The site keeps reacting too slowly, and just hangs up. I have to wait too long for the the content to fully load. I tried clearing my cache as suggested and that didn't help any. What can I now do to solve this problem. The Facebook problem is NOT present when I use another browser, like Chrome or Safari, only Firefox so the problem is Firefox related. Can someone please help. Thank you.

www.blu-ray.com not opening. i tried all ways like uninstall, re-install but still it's not opening. but in chrome and ms edge it's working properly. i tried troubleshoot mode, clear data but still it's not working. it's happening in these few days ago

Hi, I'm still using Windows 7. Yes probably that's a cause but I'm not sure how. I'm using Firefox 115.38.0esr. Now for a while I've been finding it difficult to log into eBay. I'd try and log on and get this message "SORRY

Please go back and try again or go to eBay Homepage."

I'd go to the homepage and successfully log in. Then it took more than one try. Now I can't log in at all. I can still log in on a buying only account. It doesn't allow me to use the password, but it will accept access via text message. With the seller accounts, it doesn't give the option for access via text message only. Can this be fixed by Mozilla? I removed all extensions, and reset by PC to an earlier backup in case corruption was a cause. I've also deleted the cash.

The Nvidia manual driver download page fails to complete loading, i,e, starts looping every 4 seconds never completing to select a driver download.

I'm running W10 with the extended MS security update.

Have had no issues like this previously in 2026 up to July 2026.

Until a few months ago, I was able to turn off the underlining of URLs in web pages that I create. But within the last few months, all URLs appear as underlined, even in documents where they had NOT been underlined a few months ago. I am using the text-decoration setting to control this aspect. Look at page https://www.w3schools.com/CSS/tryit.asp?filename=trycss_link2 in the Edge browser, and see the "This link changes text-decoration" change between underlined and not as the cursor is moved on and off of that sentence in the middle box. Now look at the above page in latest Firefox. Moving the cursor on and off of the "This link changes text-decoration" sentence causes NO change to that sentence -- it always is underlined.

I refer to the w3schools.com website when I wish to learn about a new-to-me feature, and I have found their site to be accurate in the past.

when i use Chrome or edge to access yahoo email I can write & edit. when using Firefox browser; I cannot write & edit/highlight/change text colours etc before sending. tried deleteing & re-installing Firefox . please help. Driving me crazy rsvp

Hey, I recently started using the Firefox browser, and I have a lot of websites. Sometimes I manage my websites on firefox for the last 1, 2 weeks, whenever I open my website https://manatoki.click/, it sometimes shows a 404 error: site doesn't exist.

It doesn't happen every time but sometimes this issue comes. Then if I open the website again in a new tab, it opens fine. This only happens with Firefox for me. Why is this happening? Is it a host or server connectivity issue, or should I just ignore it?

I go to yahoo and have internet connection. When I go to yahoo mail and click on an email a box comes up saying "No Internet connection". I can go back to yahoo's home page and everything works fine. I tried Safari to see if I had the same problem and if it was yahoo mail. Safari worked fine. Why is Firefox not connecting to the Internet in Yahoo mail?

I can't download some pdfs, notably my bank statements. I CAN download some pdfs. Eg, I can download my car manual (although it's a process of downloading it to my Google Drive). However, trying to download my bank statements, Firefox gives me no options at all, and, indeed, I get an error message. Yet I CAN download my bank statements using Google Chrome! I've carefully checked all my Firefox settings, but nothing seems to address this problem. I've spoken to my bank, and they don't know why I can't download them either. When I try to download the statements, I get a screen saying it can't give me a 'Preview' (see attached screenshot), but there's a 'Download button. When I click that I get a white screen with the 'error' message:

I have asked about this before on this forum, but to no avail.

I have always accessed my LinkedIn account on Firefox. Suddenly today, my PW does not work, and my email address for PW reset does not return a PW reset link. Cleared cache without success. I can access LinkedIn on Chrome. Can you suggest what I have done to my Firefox to cause this? Thanks!

Some files that are visible in my PC's directory are not visible to Firefox to upload to attach to a Google g-mail, even though they are visible and uploadable to g-mail in Chrome. I created 4 similar (all pdf) files (printed from Adobe), but only 2 are visible to Firefox!!??

This has happened before. I try re-creating the invisible files, but have no success.

Unless I can fix this issue, I'll have to stop using Firefox.

Noticed a random problem over the last few months with Firefox currently running Mac OS 13.7.8 and Firefox 153. Problem started a few version back with Firefox.

I use gmail while viewing emails in FF I will click a link, tab to review information and I receive ---

Looks like there is a problem with this site 400 bad request. site could be unavailable or busy try again later.

I then proceed to another browser on the machine - Duck Duck, Chrome, Safari and ever browser connects fine, so the problem lies strictly with Firefox as there is no problem with the connection.

I saw a few items to check on the internet but none resolve the annoying issue.

Can anyone advise a solution before I decide to move to another operable browser.

Windows 11 PC using latest Firefox browser.

Suddenly, today, I can no longer sign in to my usual grocery shopping account, which I have been using without problems for many years. Firefox takes me to the home page but, when I try to sign in, the sign in page just keeps reloading and will not allow me to enter a username or password. I have cleared cache, cookies, and browser data, disabled virus/malware detection, turned off Windows fast start, restarted the PC but it makes no difference. I can sign-in using Chrome with no problem at all.
