I have been trying to solve this issue all evening:

HOW does one insert a picture is the text of an email message. I can attach the picture to the email but when I try to drag it into the text, it tells me cannot do it now but to try layer. Its it a memory issue?

I can't access my Google account. Because when I try to Kohinoor to it,it asks me for two-step verification. This is my old Google account, now I don't have that old mobile or phone number so I Can't access it.please help me recover my Google account. This is my old Google account that I want to restore. Is this something to be concerned about with future sites, or is this an unfortunate, isolated incident? One of my local utility companies is not going to be supporting the use of Firefox on their website any longer. Has anyone else seen anything like this on other sites, or has this been brought up elsewhere? Frankly I find it outrageous and is forcing me and others to use Chromium based browsers (aside from Safari which I don't use).

• I emailed the company asking for an explanation, and I'm awaiting a reply.

I would share the URL for others to email and help press the company on the issue, but wasn't sure of the guidelines of the forum or if that was appropriate. I'm just irritated and venting sorry =/

I'm on OS Windows 11 and the latest version of FF (133). I also use NordVPN; I can access the web via Edge and Chrome with VPN, but for the last month, it doesn't work with FF. What could be the problem?

I need to access the official site for the water institute in the country of Panama and keep receiving the following message Secure Connection Failed An error occurred during a connection to www.idaan.gob.pa. PR_CONNECT_RESET_ERROR Error code: PR_CONNECT_RESET_ERROR

   The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because the authenticity of the received data could not be verified.
   Please contact the website owners to inform them of this problem.

I could access it until about 1.5 years ago when I used it a lot. Now I cannot access it anymore but this is an official governmental site www.idaan.gob.pa so why cannot it accessed now? I cannot access if from any of my devices, including those with the most up to date windows and Apple versions.

What do I need to do? contacting the institution is out of question as the site works OK in that country, so it is a FireFox problem outside of the country. Please help. Thanks, Helena

I'd like to take a full-page screenshot of my content within my Canvas/Instructure online class, but it only captures what's visible. I've tried opening the frame in its own tab, but it doesn't help.

When I use my phone to capture the entire page, it can work, but it's so narrow! Plus I have to continuously tap the "Scroll Down" button for the capturing process to capture more and more.

I am encountering an issue with the Ultimate Addon Image Gallery when viewed in the Mozilla browser. I recently added an entry to my hosts file but Firefox seems to ignore it. I'm using v. 128.5.1esr, fully updated. I've tried a lot of the advice online and none of it seems to work. Here's what I've tried:

disabled "Enable DNS over HTTPS Cleared the DNS Cache changed "Use system proxy settings" to "No proxy". tried troubleshooting mode set network.trr.exclude-etc-hosts to true changed browser.fixup.dns_first_for_single_words to true changed network.dns.offline-local to false restarted FF, rebooted computer

It doesn't work in Chrome either, which makes me wonder if it's a Windows 10 issue. Any suggestions?

I have a Linux PC where, when I right-click, I see shortcut letters in the context menu (the one that appears when you right-click). So, if I want to inspect an element, I right-click on it and press Q, and the inspector opens right away. This saves me time from navigating through the menu. However, on my other MacOS PC with Firefox, it doesn't do the same. I've searched for solutions but haven't found any.

I have the latest Firefox update and can't find the above updates to install them. Please help. Thank you!

Ever since Facebook started infesting the chats with end-to-end encryption (random chats get "Messenger upgraded the security of this chat. Messages and calls are secured with end-to-end encryption" without my permission or asking if I want this), any encrypted chats have audio and video calls disabled. I note that I have ONE friend for whom it didn't do this, I can still do calls with her. If I receive a call, I get a pop-up saying that to receive this call I must download the Messenger app (no way) or a browser which supports it. If I check what browsers it thinks supports this, it only lists Chrome and Edge. As far as I know Edge is just Internet Explorer renamed, the biggest black hole in security, I've never touched it. Chrome ignores industry standards, so I don't use it. Making Firefox the best, top browser available. It's the only browser I wish to use. Mozilla needs to look into how to get Facebook to stop blacklisting Firefox like this. Note that this E2EE garbage has only been infecting things for the last few months, before that I was perfectly able to do any calls I wished in Facebook Messenger.

when I try to use face book messenger for video calling I receive the message "video calling is not supported by this browser" I have never had this problem before I agreed to Firefox as my default browser. Is Firefox not compatible with face book?
