Bonjour, Depuis quelques jours lorsque s'affiche les résultats pour une recherche, je me trouve toujours avec une dizaines de résultats faisant l'objet de publicités. Je dois scroller jusqu'en milieu de page pour obtenir des sujets de réponses qui correspondent à ma requête. Ce comportement semble être récent peut être du à une mise à jour du navigateur? Ou bien à un paramètre que j'ai modifié par inadvertance? Si vous savez la cause de ce comportement, je serai ravi d'en connaitre la solution. Merci pour l'aide.

Hello, For the past few days, when the results for a search are displayed, I always find myself with dozens of results with advertisements. Prior to the release of Firefox Desktop 133.0, which I believe came out today on 11/26, I was using the profile switcher that was in the Firefox application menu. I had all my profiles created in about:profiles and I had browser.profiles.enabled set to true. This allowed me to easily switch between profiles by pressing the hamburger button in the top right. However, it is no longer appears for me after the latest Firefox update. I'm not exactly sure if I'm missing something, or if this was intended as I know the profile switcher was a work in progress feature.

If anyone would know why this no longer appears to be working, or how to fix it I would greatly appreciate it. I know I can just use about:profiles or some other alternative, but I found this to be the most convenient.

hello, i am having trouble fixing the context menu. im assuming the browser updated today and something broke because the context menu is now larger than my screen and 90% of the buttons are non functional. how do i get it back to how it was previously. there are at least 5 different buttons for "cut, copy, paste" and options for things ive never seen before like "reveal password, copy phone number" and options that look like they only work on videos like "speed and loop" and theyre on every site i right click on. how do i get rid of all the excess choices and revert it back to normal

I am disabled and in a wheelchair. I have a Dell Inspiron 7591 2-in-1 laptop as a communication device to speak. Since my hands don't work, I have to use head switches in order to operate my device. I downloaded and installed the latest version Firefox (version 132.0.2 (64-bit)) via Microsoft Store on my laptop running Windows 10 Home. I have a Jabber/XMPP account to communicate with my family members and friends. In order to mount my laptop to my wheelchair, my laptop has to be in tent mode (upside down, but my screen automatically rotates to the proper orientation.) When I go to mov.im in the Firefox browser and video call someone, I appear upside-down on their end. I also visited https://webcamtests.com/ in Firefox and I appeared upside-down on my screen. However when I use other programs (eg: the camera app in Windows, Google Chrome, etc.), it recognizes my laptop is in tent mode so those programs automatically adjust my camera orientation. I would like my Firefox browser to recognize that my laptop is in tent mode and automatically rotate my camera to the proper orientation. Is this possible? If not, I would like to make this a feature request please?

I do not want companies to hold my hand and secretly micro mange my browsing. How do I turn off Total Cookie Protection completely. I am blocked on some sites even if click on the Shield and turn off Total Cookie Protection.

I was excited to see that Firefox had support for Canadian English, however the dictionary seems to be missing numerous words and I get spelling errors for words like "lasagna."

Is this a bug or is the dictionary just barely populated with words and missing a tremendous amount?

I have the setting browser.search.openinnewtab and also browser.urlbar.openintab both set to true, but when I type a search into either the address bar or the search bar next to it, instead of opening a new tab, it puts that search into an already-open blank tab, if one is already open.

I often use blank tabs to separate my currently open tabs into groups by topic and whatnot, so it's incredibly annoying when the search bar takes over one of my adhoc 'separators' instead of opening a new tab like I want it to.

Is there a setting to force the search bar to always open a brand new tab, even if 'new tabs' are already open??

I never feel like webpages scale properly when I visit them. There is always content left off screen or I have to zoom out so much that the text is too small to read. Is there a setting I can change to affect this?

My Firefox Nightly version is: 135.0a1 (2024-11-26) (aarch64). My computer is a: MacBook Air (15-inch, M2, 2023) running macOS Sequoia (Version 15.1). I have been having these issues for a long time regardless of computer.

I have attached a picture of the labs settings I have enabled but I cannot see why any of them would affect this.

The latest update to Firefox includes a new Review Checker. It is activated by pressing the price tag in the address bar when on a specific product page in Amazon, etc. This price tag does not appear on my laptop when I am on a product page. Hello, I have uninstalled and reinstalled firefox twice using two different ways found on the community/mozilla website through chrome and I am still having trouble. It started a couple weeks ago when I received a notice at the top right hand of my firefox page for an update. I tried and it shows as Unable to connect. I tried various ways to connect with mozilla with no luck. I uninstalled, restarted my computer and reinstalled twice and still having the same issue. I lost all my plug ins and add ons after the reinstall and now I can't not even get them and can no longer sign into my firefox account through firefox. Anything that has to do with mozilla I can not reach unless I use chrome which I don't like doing. I have searched the community and nothing seems to help and I even submitted a help question in help community but no responders. Anything which I found addressing Unable to Connect was years old anyway. I can only assume it had to do with the update pop up which I never got to do and assumed a refresh or a reinstall would take care of it but it hasn't. What can I do? Thank You, Charyl

What can I do to have Firefox be compatible with my emails. When I open an email for the local newspaper, the news paper is distorted and enlarged 200% and asks me to sign in. Everything was fine until the most recent Firefox update.

I want to remove the recent update which results in Firefox and some of my email links to be incompatible. The newspaper link works on Safari but I do most of my activity on Firefox.

Also, the email link works fine on Google Chrome. But I hate Google Chrome and don't want to use it. I would prefer that the Firefox browser be compatible with sites such as my local newspaper.

Why do I keep getting pop-ups that 500% zoom in on the page with a message asking for me to clear cache? I have cleared my cache multiple times and restarted my computer many times as well, but it is still been a recurring problem for the past few days. It has been happening on every web page I visit, and even when there is no data to be cleared. Any information on how to fix this problem would be greatly appreciated, thank you.

As of v133 the system color is now longer shown at the top of the page. Everything at the top is now gray which I find to be very irritating. Please return the system color functionality.
