Apparently, from the bits I've read, the "solution" is to scrap Thunderbird and start anew with the knowledge that I set up my accounts "wrong" because I relied on the automatic setup and was ... led astray???

Frankly I expected better.

The reason I tried to switch to Thunderbird was because Apple Mail was behaving erratically (forcing threaded view though it was turned off) and there was no way to contact anyone about problems. However, typical for Apple because they don't communicate with users, the problem seem to have mysteriously resolved.

Anyway I'm switching back to Apple. For now. Because I don't want to play guessing games with my email about how to do things properly. Frankly, I'd switch to Gmail which all of my friends say behaves well. But I also don't want to be tracked and Google is evil in this regard. So here I am.

I cannot log in to Thunderbird since my computer was hacked but is now fixed. Email working using Zimbra thru my internet provider. Program opens fine but will not connect to my internet provider as I do not have password that works. Very valuable to me to get up and working again. Help very much appreciated! Terry

in looking at my history I only have dates for Most Recent Visit, nothing for Added or Last Modified. How can I get this information? I added a screenshot showing the (3) columns.

Hi, I'm having issues with Firefox running on macOS. It says "server not found" and I've tried pretty much everything, but it's still not working. I've followed all the steps on the wiki, but nothing has helped. My internet connection is fine, as Safari is running just fine.

Today I started seeing a new symbol to the left of the Subject line in the Inbox on one of my accounts. I have not seen this before and cannot find an explanation for it. I could find nothing when reviewing changes and new features.

Never had this problem before. I get the same message when attempting tp access Home Depot.

Since yesterday I've been unable to sign into Earthlink webmail. I worked with their chat support this morning, clearing cache, history, etc., but no luck. I'm able to sign in on Edge. So Earthlink suggested I contact you.

In the last few days I am getting tabs crashing constantly (Gah. Your tab just crashed). This has never happended before. I have AVG antivirus and have downloaded the newest version of firefox. Is there anything else I can do to stop this happening.

Soooo! everytime I try to open cloudflare, no matter what site it comes from, the connection refuses to go through and I'm only having this problem on firefox, I came from opera gx, had no problems with cloudflare till now!

I have been using Firefox for over a decade. My doctors systems use MyChart for communication with patients. All of a sudden, it takes minutes to load ANY and EVERY page. Their IT says it is Firefox is not compatible with MyChart. Why all of a sudden is it not compatible??? I don't want to use Edge or Chrome....especially edge.

When I try calling some of my Facebook friends from my PC, I get this message "Video calling is not supported on this browser " . But when I try calling other Facebook friends, everything works just well. When I try calling my Facebook friends from my cellphone, no problem.
