WHAT is this UDMSERV window that I keep finding another window for behind Firefox?
Win7 - Firefox is my primary browser. When I startup Firefox, 1) it takes forever 2) there is this UDMSERV window behind it. I mean that after I do close the browser another 3/4 screen size window is still open. It has nothing in it.

hello, this sounds like a problem possibly caused by adware on your pc.
please go to firefox > addons > extensions & remove the tubedimmer entry.
also go to the windows control panel / programs and remove all toolbars or potentially unwanted software from there.
finally, run a full scan of your system with different security tools like the free version of malwarebytes & adwcleaner.
