I have always used Firefox for my email. However, when I open Firefox it still takes me to my homepage, unfortunately, when I ask Comcast.net to open my email, it brings me to a "skeleton" page of a few menu words, but nothing else, and it will not open or show emails. I contacted my internet service (Comcast) and they had me open my email in Explorer and it worked. Something happened so that I can no longer open in Firefox. Can you please explain what I can do to solve this problem because I like Firefox far better. thank you.

If you have access to the Preferences button in the Comcast SmartZone interface, try selecting the SmartZone Comminications Center Lite version. I have had fewer problems in Firefox with lite than with the regular version.

I am not finding the "Preferences" button...any suggestions on how to find it? I found out how to go into "my settings" area where I can change my password, etc., but nothing stating "Preferences" or "SmartZone Communications Center Lite."

Any help is very much appreciated.
