.Jpeg images don't zoom smaller in Firefox (they do in Safari)

I' m having the issue that .jpeg images don't zoom smaller in Firefox (they do in Safari). I'm performing cmd-+/- on a Mac keyboard.
Any ideas?

Make sure you haven't selected "Zoom Text Only".
- View -> Zoom -> Zoom Text Only
