Is there any possibility that the labels given in Thunderbird on onet.pl mailboxes will not be deleted after restarting the program? On accounts from other websites, e.g. wp.pl, gmail.com, this problem does not occur.

He issue is some mail server say they support labels and don't. My guess is onet.pl is configured to report it support labels but it either does not, or only provides a limited number of choices that your usage exceeds.

Perhaps inquire with the provider just what the servers capabilities are.
