I have accidentally moved a lot of messages to my junk folder how do I move them back to my inbox ?

Select them all. (Click the first. Hold down shift and click the last.) Use J (capital j) to mark as "Not Junk". They'll probably move back automatically. If not, drag and drop them to the Inbox.
