In your previous thread, you said if you cleared the cache, exited Firefox, and started it up again, then you got the new page, but only once per session, and private windows didn't fare any better. ([https://support.mozilla.org/questions/1062670 Stop caching of webpages]) No wonder we were mystified. It's certainly possible that your ISP has extra caching. If you can watch the logs on your server, you should be able to tell whether the server is receiving your requests and sending a full response, or whether an intermediate cache might be satisfying the request. Do you use clean URLs? In other words, URLs that do not require parameters? In that case, a workaround is to add a parameter at the end of the URL to bypass the cache. For example add ?1 on the first request, edit that to ?2 on the second request, etc. It's annoying to have to do this, but less annoying than what you described before.
