Chat with StraightTalk and would not allow screen to reload
Can get into chat with StraightTalk.com, then they say something. I answer back then foxfire msg. comes up and says cannot reload page. At end of foxfire msg. it has a button 'Allow', but when I pushed it I lost my chat screen. Before that I waited and got no response again from StraightTalk.com.

Please turn off the following feature to avoid getting the redirect/reload bar with the Allow button:
"3-bar" menu button (or Tools menu) > Options > Advanced
On the "General" mini-tab, in the "Accessibility" section, uncheck the box for "Warn me when websites try to redirect or reload the page"

The System Details list shows that you run an older Firefox 37.0.1 version that is no longer supported with security updates.
- It is important to update Firefox and add-ons to the latest versions to get all security fixes.
Please update to the current Firefox 38.0.5 release.
