hello, according to norton the toolbar is compatible with firefox 21. please run the norton liveupdate repeatedly & until all components are up-to-date. in addition make sure that the toolbar is enabled under firefox > addons > extension afterwards.

I have the latest Norton patches (20.3.1.22) but when in Firefox under add-ons it doesn't give me the option of enabling the Norton tool bar. I restarted firefox to see if that would help.

is the toolbar listed as version 2013.3.5.1 in the firefox addons manager?

2012.3.3.19 is what is showing in FF.

according to the norton page it should either be version 2013.3.5.1 or 2012.5.14.2 in order to be compatible with firefox 21. if you don't get these toolbar versions installed despite running liveupdate repeatedly, then please contact norton's support in order to get their product to work...

ASH01 do you have the Norton from Norton or from Comcast?. Norton has supported Firefox 21.0 since the day before 21.0 release however Comcast can be slow in updates.

I have the s/w from Norton. I have looked on their site for the answer but don't see it. It was working until I upgraded to rls 21.
