When viewing PDF files in a window in firefox the popup control bar for zoom, print,page up or down does not work. Any suggsetions other than stop opening up pdf files in a firefox window and have them open in adobe reader?

- When Downloading Plugins Update setup files, Remove Checkmark from Downloading other Optional Softwares with your Plugins (e.g. Toolbars, McAfee, Google Chrome, etc.)

I updated JAva and Adobe and the problems still persists. I don't think that the other plugins, picassa, logmein ms office etc should matter.
Perform the suggestions mentioned in the following articles:
- Clear Cookies & Cache
- Use Adobe Reader to view PDF files in Firefox
- View PDF files in Firefox or choose another viewer
Check and tell if its working.
