How can I place a 301 redirect on the http version of my weebly site?

I email Weebly about this but the reply was to go into the back-end and add a 301 redirect BUT that tool / facility is for inner pages only. When you go to the www. version (site is http://www.skiphiretameside.com ) the site appears. Remove the www and teh site won;t load. Grr. Help please!
