Cannot disable AGC / AEC in firefox version 38.0.5

We are using firefox version 38.0.5 to run a system on and are having difficulties with WEBRTC adjusting the microphone volume levels. I have tried disabling getusermedia.agc and getusermedia.aec in about:config, but the mic volume is still being adjusted when using WEBRTC. Is there any way to stop WEBRTC from adjusting the levels of the mic in this version?
