Remove the current program. Download the current full installer and save it. Close All Other programs. Now run the installer. Any problem?
Start your Computer in safe mode with networking. Then start the installer. Is the problem still there?
remove which current program? i dont have adobe installed i have it in my download folder.or did you mean firefox. or adobe? current ful installer could you clarify better thank you
Specifically, which version of Adobe Reader are you trying to install on WinXP?
The latest "DC" version isn't compatible with WinXP, which is E-O-L for almost a year and a half now.
