My web browser will open only to a full page and to get it to do that, I have to right click on 'maximize' - the intermediate size button minimizes the window.

When I click on the Firefox icon, it will not open, so I have to right click on 'maximize' and it opens to a full page.

Nothing happens if I right click on 'restore'.

If I click on the intermediate size button (upper right corner of the open window), it minimizes the window altogether.
