My e-mail will not come thru after only one message. Can I talk to someone?

My number of messages keeps growing but only the first one come thru. Whether or not I delete that message, it comes thru again when I call up my messages or just start my e-mails. I now have over 100 waiting!

Go to your email provider's website, login to your email account and delete this message there.
