I have a box that appears when FireFox loads, I can't read it, can't check the check box and it doesn't allow me to use Firefox at all. Help! I don't know what to do now. I have uninstalled and re-installed Firefox and it isn't useable when this error is there. I have to manually close the program through Task Manager. I can't even send this through there!

hi MaryannF, this might be an issue caused by the aol toolbar. please try launching firefox into safemode by pressing the shift key after you double-click its desktop icon, go to the firefox menu ≡ > addons > extensions and disable the toolbar there. Troubleshoot extensions, themes and hardware acceleration issues to solve common Firefox problems
