After i just updated Firefox to newest version .. I can not load any website anymore!!!!!! please make it so i can return to the previous version ASAP so everything works again.

Al those other solutions you guys give like clear cache disable en able etc don't work and take hrs of time

When oyu push a other update through some 1's throat atleast make it that it A)works B) option to roll back . TY

My work consists mainly of capturing accounting data online. It is important that the browser warns me if I try to close or navigate away from a page if the data entered has not been saved or updated, but I no longer get these warnings.

Please help.

I've just opened Firefox to discover it has updated whilst I was out, and now all my saved logins are missing.

It's not a disaster, just really annoying as it means having to re-enter a lot of information, and remembering it!

Is there any way of recovering that information or is it a lost cause?

i click on the download folder in firebox and doesn't open as its used to.

i already did the "refresh" and didnt word

On my old (Intel based) MacPro Zoho email works fine. On my new M1 chip MacPro when I first open Zoho, or open an email, the page does not render properly at first (buttons/links don't work etc). After a delay it refreshes and shows properly. The delay depends on how fast my internet is - in the evening it can be a minute or so. Even when the internet is good I still get 2 versions of a page with a pause in between.

I tried on Safari and it works fine - which makes me think this is a Firefox issue.

I have some screen shots but when I click the browse button below I can select a file then it just endlessly shows working. I will have to email these to you separately

Every time i open Firefox a little window comes up and says for a fraction of a second that im using an older version of Firefox (Even though that i'm using the latest) and then it crashes. I've tried everything, from reinstalling, rebooting, making exceptions in the firewall and even manually installing Firefox, but nothing. Before anyone asks, i do not have AVG, Avast or Commodo, and the Firewall is the basic Windows one. The issue is very similar to this one:https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/970099. I also tried what they said, but unfortunately nothing woks for me.

Last few days , my laptop( windows 10) system got hanged for some reason. Then second time I got the message on my laptop , that Software Mozzila Firefox got crashed. It had stopped working for few minutes then I restarted it. 1) Has it happened to my System? 2) or even others got the same experience? 3) How to start PC when windows stopped working Suddenly. 4)Was the Mozzila Firefox failure / crash, was the reason, behind PC not working during first time? 5) On laptop a message appears , to upgrade Operating system to Windows 11( currently it is windows 10) from MS. What is the suggestion from Mozzila/

Suddenly, when I search the web with a topic search term, e.g. "thrombin", I get the error message: 'The page you are looking for cannot be displayed because an invalid method (HTTP verb) is being used.' Can you help me resolve this problem?

i have a problem with Rightmove.co.uk webpages. On the webpage where you can see house plans, I zoom into the plan, and the plan just cannot be moved anymore and zoomed as well. I entered Firefox in troubleshooting mode without any extensions enabled and the same issue happened still. I tested the Brave and Chrome, no problems there. I tested Firefox latest version and also the ESR version, both had the same issue. I've got the latest English (US) version of Firefox 108.0 from this website. The problem is with Windows crashing in few seconds after Firefox is launched. Although this trouble appeared yesterday (maybe after the automatic update of FF - I'm not sure).

Please advise any solution ASAP!

Windows 7 Home Extended SP1 64-bit. Now I'm using another browser to write this message.

I have searched the "Knowledge Base" to no avail--no solutions, just others with the same problem. Every day a handful of fresh Trouble Reports pop up on my desktop, even though Firefox is not even running (as verified through the Windows Task Manager). It got so bad, I uninstalled/reinstalled and the problem persists. Otherwise, the browser works fine. My expertise lies outside trying to decipher arcane strings of data buried deep in the bowels of my computer, and frankly I should not have to start hiking up a steep learning curve just to get this to stop. I should add, I have been a fiercely loyal Firefox user since its inception.

I'm not super happy about sharing internal data with the rest of the universe, but have done so anyway in hopes we can get the madness to stop!

I have recently updated to Firefox 100. I am now getting this message on a page "You are using an outdated browser. Please upgrade your browser." I have confirmed I am up to date.

The "update you browser" has a link to "whatbrowser.org", which I believe is run by that horrid business, Google.

Has anyone struck this problem? Is there a solution?

I have closed Firefox & re-opened, I have rebooted the computer. No change.

Since the latest (5 May 2022) update to Firefox (to Firefox 100.0) my Gmail account does not work properly on my desktop running W11. Gmail frequently disconnects for varying periods, then reconnects, only to disconnect again almost immediately. Gmail will not let me open another account from within the current account. This does not happen on my Android phone where Gmail works properly. Neither does it happen when I run Gmail through Edge on my desktop. Hence I presume it results from an interaction between Firefox100.0 and Gmail. My wife has exactly the same problem using her Microsoft Surface Laptop under W10 since this latest update.

Well, I have applied all the options about proxy settings with the same result of long time for opening websites when first start of firefox. During these months I took notice to the one point, i.e. if I open website using firefox in the earlier morning there is no problem with the speed of opening as well as if I open another browser of edge the last one opens website without any delay. So the challenge of long time opening websites when the first start of firefox is still in force. How to resolve this?

The browser (version 107) regularly crashes and then never launches. After entering failure mode, I disabled all the extensions, but it still wouldn't start. Later, I disabled the hardware acceleration, and I can start the browser, and the extensions work. But then, it still crashes occasionally and periodically. I tried to change to version 100 and also have a similar problem. Resetting Profiles would start, but it would still crash after a while. It crashes for me too.
