On certain websites I notices I have 'unknown errors' when trying to log in.

Usually this is remedied by either using Chrome or clearing cookies and the cache.

Both of there are inconvenient and result in a great deal of wasted time.

The usual response by these websites is "get Mozilla to fix this".

I'm getting sick of this.

I don't want to switch to Chrome but I will have to if this persists.

I subscribe to the Times.co.uk but past few days am unable to navigate on the website eg if I press 'show more on the web page' nothing happens. `It does work however if I access using my Safari browser, so clearly not a 'Times' issue

Hello, I have encountered a lasting issue: Firefox' telemetry collection process causes a cmd window to pop up briefly. The windows sometimes lingers a split second later, and if I accidentally click it at that time, whatever program I'm in will get minimized and I'm back on the desktop with cmd window at front. You might want to have a look at that, I disable my telemetry for time being. Firefox version is 99.0.1 (64 bits), operating system is Win10 10.0.19043. Respond for other data you might need. On my old (Intel based) MacPro Zoho email works fine. On my new M1 chip MacPro when I first open Zoho, or open an email, the page does not render properly at first (buttons/links don't work etc). After a delay it refreshes and shows properly. The delay depends on how fast my internet is - in the evening it can be a minute or so. Even when the internet is good I still get 2 versions of a page with a pause in between.

I tried on Safari and it works fine - which makes me think this is a Firefox issue.

I have some screen shots but when I click the browse button below I can select a file then it just endlessly shows working. I will have to email these to you separately

I recently installed AdBlocker, but then a site I visit daily closes after it loads.

I uninstalled AdBlocker and the site still closes after it loads.

I assume the problem was from AdBlocker, but not really sure why this happens.

properly. A lot of the text comes out in very narrow columns. The problem happens quite often on eBay. Chrome does render it properly. Could you please look into this? Thanks, Jon

HOW do I stop searches from happening in the URL box? This is DRIVING ME CRAZY. The URL box is not long enough to show complete results and mouse over does not work either, so I PREFER to TAKE THE RISK and search from the search box on the middle of the home page. WHY has FF taken this control away from us? If it is a security issue, I would take the risk as the current problem makes the search suggestions limited in value since you cant see the complete suggestion UNLESS you go to the site

In the previous version I could run streaming videos from Paramount Plus, in the latest version I cannot run them. I have no problems running them on Microsoft Edge.

How can I use Firefox?

I can no longer use Firefox since last update to access a interactive map on my village Website. This is the page that does not work as it use to. https://www.elkgrove.org/i-want-to/contact-the-village My village said to contact Firefox to get help.

If it helps this is the main website for Elk Grove Village https://www.elkgrove.org/ To get to the page with the map click on I Want To . . . . Click on Contact The Village The page will come up to find the map near the bottom of the page. This map use to always pop up with the village map right away and no need to enter the name of the town.

I wonder why the latest browser does not have a Home Button.It is easier to close the blank browser with the Home Button.Closing the blank browser helps the system restart smoothly in the next session.

i use Firefox as default browser. lately when i try to load words with friend from Facebook on the Firefox browser and if i clear cache. it will not load. i have disabled all ad on several times delete some and yet does not load it does in Chrome and edge o problem but in Firefox i have to hit help reload and disable every thing for it to load I hate to uni stall the app for fear il ill not be able o get it again . this has just started happen in the last few weeks i a sending a snip it for you to see whats wrong in the screenshot you will see what happens so now i can never clear cache ever again on the browser. recently i did a reinstall and refresh of Firefox to see if thayt solves the problem Try and get any advice from zynga it is fruitless and like i said it works with out any extras no add on etc' so why does it do it when i clear cache' i have even tried removing the add ons one by one and changed permission etc

When I try to access MediaFire it doesn't load and get errors etc. And other sites are slow etc. Is there anything I can do to fix it? Also how do I contact FireFox email official support? I don't like asking on the forums since I want a legit agent ;p

Hello, I'm unable to access my Firefox logins. I followed some of the advice on here and discovered that my login files appear to be corrupted (logins.json.corrupt). I tried some of the suggested methods, but I can't re-establish access to my logins.

I'm not sure if this is related, but when I click on the Applications menu, though my profile is there, it says "Account disconnected" next to a warning sign.

Please help... I've been saving my passwords and logins here for years. Any advice welcome. Many thanks in advance.

With the new version (99) I can no longer automatically launch my Revue by Bluebeam application and instead forces me to download the link, which I can then click on to launch the Revue application. There is no choice in settings for the BFX extension to automatically launch my Bluebeam Revue application. The result is my computer is filling up with downloaded links for Bluebeam, which I then have to go in and delete on a continual basis. I do not have that problem in chrome, which someone said is why you guys made the change to switch from automatic launching like chrome did, however I do not have that problem in Chrome. What a shame I have to keep two different browsers
