Hello, I have an account with you and thought you would save all my data, bookmarks, etc... I had to RESET my computer, and when I signed back into my FF account, all my bookmarks were deleted. Help please.

I'm trying to change some of my old passwords and I want to use the 'generate password' feature in Firefox. However, this is only available on sign up pages and NOT within the about:logins page within Firefox. Is there a way where I could generate passwords from within the about:logins page? Or at least anywhere in Firefox that doesn't involve finding a sign up page to generate a password?

The dialogue box for creating filters is so large that the submit button is below the bottom of the screen on my laptop. When I finish designating a destination for a filter I am unable to save it. I have tried to size the dialogue box, to no avail. Is there a solution?

I just installed Firefox browser and finished my setup, but I am getting SEC_ERROR_UNKNOWN_ISSUER error while trying to connect Google and youtube. I do not use any antimalware or proxy. I can't change the name of one of my firefox profiles. I have an error where the name is too long and it cannot be changed. Is there any way to do this other than creating a new profile and deleting the old one?

Running FF 117.01 I ran Scanguard and now none of my Firefox bookmarks work. All are still showing up where they were, but none of the bookmarks led anywhere, when I click on them, nothing. Restarted FF, restarted the laptop. I also cannot seem to open the About Profiles page to check there. I would rather get this working if I can, other than re-installing. Thank you for any help.

All YouTube videos get me the following page, none of them will load. If I open them in a private window, they load just fine. I've tried clearing cache, disabling hardware acceleration, resteing Firefox (only works for a day or two, then same issue) and nothing.

So I synced my bookmarks then I notice that all of them are mixed up, so i look for ways to fix them, I then see I can restore my files, I try it then it says it was unable too, and then after that it deleted everything, I tried to restore them again and again using different dates but nothing worked.

Now, A reply from "Paul" said this is a google issue and it is not. I have 3 gmails and I can't open one of my email accounts using Firefox but I can open it through Microsoft Edge. I have emailed Google about this so far I have been ignored so, when I discovered that it would open through Edge and Chrom this told me it's an issue with Firefox not google and the problem started with the last firefox update. So, I already know it's not an issue with google and I have no problem with my other email accounts just the one.

I cannot use mozilla as it keeps asking for my primary password and the one I have does not work. I have also lost a lot of my info in my tabs at top to link to accts. When I click the upper right under my email it says account discontinued????????

I Closed the browser and forgot that I had a private one open too. When I went to open the main Firefox window up, my previous session was wiped! I already tried the right clicking plus sign method to no avail. It just brings up the one I had after searching how to bring back the session and then accidentally closed the browser after. Any tips on how to get it back? Why does this happen just because you have a private window open??? Change that ASAP!
