I have been using online banking for years and using Firefox to access my accounts. Suddenly, I now get an error message (see attached) that demands I use another browser (e.g., Chrome, etc.). I want to continue with Firefox. The website support people tell me there is a Firefox update needed, but the latest Firefox is installed. I did the usual and deleted the cache and the site data. No effect.

Can you help?

The last two upgrades caused me to lose all of my bookmarks. I am running version 106.0.2 on a 64 bit hp desktop. Am I doing something wrong? Pretty basic download/upgrade. I am no longer taking upgrades until I can get answer(s)

Hi, can i ask you please don't publish new Version of Mozilla Firefox everyday? I use it and everyday and every Time that i open it, there is a new Version of Firefox, that i should download. please first make all of changes and after that maybe one Time per Month is okey but not every Hour and every Day. I'm trying to install software via Excelleris with site access through Firefox - Firefox is asking for an administrative username and password to proceed - nothing is working including my apple login which has been recommended by several people. How do I get this information or bypass this function. I used Firefox on my old computer with the same software and this was never an issue.

With the latest update, my Win 7 Dell laptop hangs every time I exit Firefox. All I can do is log out and log back in to correct it. There is just a spinning icon that never goes away and I can't access the Windows menu. I'm submitting this from another machine so I don't have to deal with the issue.

When I try to save a Google doc, I get "Something went wrong" error message. I've tried all of Google's troubleshooting tips plus contacted Google support with no success. I can save Google docs successfully in Chrome, but Firefox is my preferred browser. Google support asked me to check if I had Firefox set up to block Google drive, but I didn't know how to check for that. They told me Tools>Options>Privacy, but I don't see "Options" under the "Tools" menu.

I notice that this issue with Google docs started after I got the pop-up on 10/31/22 from Firefox about their new themes and tabs. I accidentally clicked "yes" and now have another problem. I can't read the screen and can't figure out how to go back to the default setting. Community says to try a different theme, but none of them works for me. I just want to go back to the default setting for themes and tabs. Not sure if this issue with themes caused the problem with Google drive.

I previously posed a question about your updates, which your respondent (Dropa) entirely ignored in her/his response. The issue is NOT that I cannot invoke an update, but rather that your system of updating is flawed. I am informed of an update, which nevertheless will not install until several times after I close and reopen Firefox. Moreover, while it is doing this update, my browsing on the web is completely halted for well over a minute. Surely you can do better than this ...

Firefox has auto-updated with lastest version and all new menu items and ALL my hundreds of BOOKMARKS have disappeared. Also, a new new product called Firefox Private browsing has been installed without my knowledge.

My bookmarks I use for work and life, and will very hard to re-create.

The browsers I have used before have always stored the bookmarks in a safe place?

I have turned off Auto-update as it obviously doesn't work or has serious bugs.

Thanks for any help on this. Recently I was organizing fonts on my machine [macbookpro] and something happened to Arial, the font that Firefox uses. I've uploaded some screenshots. The letters are all jumbled up. I tried to investigate a solution in my preference folder but couldn't find anything about resting a font.

Why does browser ask me each and everyday that I use it; a pop-up asking same questions 1.) if I want to be default ? 2. If I want to update. Its irritating for me.

Every other day when I open up Firefox, I am asked to do an update. This is not an exaggeration. Literally, every other day this browser says it needs an update. Is this normal? If so, why in the world does this browser need to be updated so unbelievably frequently?
