I'm trying to install software via Excelleris with site access through Firefox - Firefox is asking for an administrative username and password to proceed - nothing is working including my apple login which has been recommended by several people. How do I get this information or bypass this function. I used Firefox on my old computer with the same software and this was never an issue.

Hmm, access to the system keychain. Is there any way to grant Firefox that permission through Apple's App permission settings panels instead? (As a Windows person, that's just a guess.)
