If I try to connect to this site (see image) I receive the message shown in return. I only get this message using Firefox, no problems with other browsers (Chrome, Edge, Opera etc). Using Win 11. Any suggestions on a cure?

Hello..Can someone help with this please... Only on this site: https://www.virginmedia.com/ Do I get this error : 400 BAD REQUEST Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand.

As said, this is the only site that I get this, I have tried contacting Virgine Media the only help they can offer is clear cache, which I have done, and makes no differance. I am a Virgine Media Customer, and need this site for my home page, I have tried using MS Edge, and the VM site works fine, but I dont want MS Edge, I would like to use Firefox, I have the latest version of Firefox v 107.0. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Today I unistalled firefox on my windows laptop and then installed it again. Now my saved passwords are gone.

1. can I get them back? 2. if I can't - will the passwords be erased on all firefox servers so that no one can access the information? I hope so...

I am trying to access onedrive.com in firefox and the site won't connect unless I open it in a private window. I cleared cookies and history and shut off all extensions but that didnt fix the problem. I used to access onedriuve without issue in a regular firefox browser window but until recently that has changed. Please advise

I'm trying to sign into my Mozilla account and it asks for the code that was supposedly sent to my gmail account that will expire within 5 minutes. I never get the email...tried many times. Even added their email to my contacts for "smoother" sending.

Fire Fox updated last night and this morning after doing a restart none of my bookmarks were working. I entered the troubleshooter mode but now I can't get out of it and all my passwords and bookmarks are gone.

I am regularly experiencing a frozen cursor when using the Firefox browser. My USB wired mouse stops working, however my laptop touch pad still responds perfectly fine.

I am certain it is related specifically to using the program, and does not occur on my desktop or in other internet browsers.

After opening the browser and loading a webpage, the cursor is often delayed in responding to moving the mouse or stops responding altogether for several moments at a time.

I have tried disabling all add-ons, extensions, and plugins. The problem still occurs when in 'safe mode' or 'troubleshooting mode'.

Please help! This is making the browser impossible to use, and I would prefer not to have to switch to a different browser.

I was watching a video on prime video when Firefox suddenly stooped on my windows 10 and when restarted i was logged out of all my Gmail accounts. this is not the first time, one before the app did not crash but i was logged out of all my Gmail accounts. Can someone tell me why is this happening and how to fix it?

When I try to open Facebook on Firefox 106.0.5 (64-bit) I get a dark gray background (My choice to run Facebook in dark mode) the blue "F" on the left, a lighter gray bar than the main panel across the top from the blue F and then three lighter gray circles which, were Facebook to have completely opened, would hold my profile picture, Messenger and Notifications. Except for those "hints" of Facebook, the screen is empty. See attached screenshot. I have not had any problems accessing any other sites with Firefox. It is just Facebook. I can get into Facebook on Safari. This has been going on for about 3 days now. Thank you to whomever is reading this and might be able to help me.

Basically what the title says. I've noticed since last month where sometimes when I right click on a bookmark and click "Edit Bookmark" it would instantly load the rename bookmark box like it should, but sometimes it would take several seconds to load and I would have to press ESC to cancel and try again either right away or later, it's pretty annoying.

I down loaded a new version of Firefox and now my old password will not work. If I open the new revised Firefox I will loose all my data particularly my bookmarks? I took the laptop to ubreakifix and they said they need the password.

I use text replacement for a lot of things but it doesn't work in Firefox, which sucks because I like firefox
