Hello, since recently when I click on links in external programs like mail or shortcuts, etc... Firefox starts up but does not open the link. If Firefox is already running the links open normally. I never had this issue before and I have it on my 2 computers. Firefox is synced to both computers but different OS. (no problems on ios) I tried to disable all extension : no change.

I am on MAC OS 12.6.3 or 13.3.1 Firefox 117.0

The videos on YouTube work, but when I go to other pages I get this message, I already tried removing all the add-ons, the hardware acceleration, even doing a 0 installation and it still gives me the problem, and also in others devices with fedora, I get the same error.

Need to go back to previous state before "update". Toolbars, etc messed up. Please help. Need to speak with a person; please provide a phone #. Very frustrated! (Crying) Thank you.

I kindly request your assistance in disabling the 2FA authentication on my account, allowing me to regain access. Once this has been resolved, I would like to proceed with the deletion of my Firefox account altogether.

I can't change the name of one of my firefox profiles. I have an error where the name is too long and it cannot be changed. Is there any way to do this other than creating a new profile and deleting the old one?

Currently www.trackitonline.ru currently acceptable in Russian (after I restarted PC & started CCleaner), but does not work in English

I lost my authenticator app and am having to redo all of them. Since I don't have it, I had Firefox send me a conformation email so I could access my account. But they never came even after I waited and tried again.

checked both on my mail app and on the web like the support page suggested.  I also added "accounts@firefox.com" to my whitelist and checked my spam folder.

I am logged in to the app on my phone. But that too requires me to authenticate to access account settings. Also, I am pretty sure I have my phone number added - but have not been given that option.

Any help would be great.

Despite the theoretically linked account, sync doesn't work, still everything looks newly installed. I'm tired of it, three years of using the browser went to the trash, I did everything from the guide, everything looks as it should, except that there is no my data, history, login nothing at all

There used to be a series of icons for the sites I used frequently. This was at the top of the page when I opened. Today they are all gone; they were there last night. And, no, no one else uses the computer.

What happened? Can I get them back?

Since the most recent upgrade, Firefox does not open properly. If I have a link in another doc that is supposed to take me to its page, Firefox will open, but only to the home page. I have to click on the link again in order to get it to open the page that the link is supposed to open. This happens with links in things like a Pages document, and also with links embedded in emails. This is new behavior. Why is this happening, and is there a fix for it?

Running FF 117.01 I ran Scanguard and now none of my Firefox bookmarks work. All are still showing up where they were, but none of the bookmarks led anywhere, when I click on them, nothing. Restarted FF, restarted the laptop. I also cannot seem to open the About Profiles page to check there. I would rather get this working if I can, other than re-installing. Thank you for any help.
